The BC-250 are looking uprofitable at the moment, with this power consumption(the watts at the wall are much higher than the software report). Anyone found another profitable usecase or how to lower the power consumption, during mining?
Why is a video card unprofitable?
I see many coins with low power consumption, but if there is only one video card, then you will always have a large additional power consumption due to the other components.

the power consumption is not correct in hashrate . io and the report from hiveos. It's almost double per card, because of power needed for each CPU.

You can mine on the gpu side on about 140 watts, maybe lower if you lower cpu voltage, when you do cpu and gpu its around 185 to 200 but you are mining 2 currencies, cpu has about the hashrate of ryzen 3600 maybe less on some coins
