I am not really sure what kind of voting rights fans would get?!
The way I understood these partnerships is that fans could get a discount on official merchandise being part of socios.com. That is a plus.
But regarding voting rights, I dont see how that could work out and why clubs would even consider that. I mean are fans going to decide which players to buy or sell or whether to fire the manager or not. Seems a bit too much.
The votes will very likely be on smaller matters. And the clubs will be providing the answers themselves too. AS Roma for example already said what kind of questions they're going to ask:
From the autumn, fans will be able to have their say in the choosing of the name of a club facility, make decisions over certain pre-match activities at the Stadio Olimpico, as well as decide which player will feature in a live Twitter Q&A.
Remember that clubs like money and this is about opening up a new revenue channel for them to profit off their global fan base. Like, there are more Juventus fans in China than in Italy.
