Not possible.

You have 2 options:

1) Take legal actions, which most probably does not result in success since you have literally 0 information and the police don't even understand what bitcoin is. Neither do they take any actions (mostly).

2) Ask him politely to return the money, which he won't do.. since he stole it from you on purpose.

What you should do, is to understand how he was able to gain access to your private keys / device.
Maybe your device(s) are still infected ?

Make sure to have a completely clean setup before storing any sensitive information on it again.

As a word of advise, if anyone should contact you promising you that they will help you get your BTC back, just know that you are on the verge on losing more than what you had already lost. The reason is because the moment confirmation happens, there is hardly anything anyone can do about it. I understand the desperation of looking for answer but in this case, your best bet is to count your losses and plug the vulnerability that led to the loss in the first place and move... My opinion.

Sorry for your loss, hopefully it was not too large an amount of btc. If you search that unknown address on a blockchain explorer like blockchain.com, then you can see maybe where the money is going, like for example to an exchange. However, beyond knowing where it goes, sadly you won't be able to get any money back unless the perpetrator is incredibly stupid and cashes out from that address (even then it is unlikely to lead to any justice). Wish you all the best, make sure you do a full scan with an antivirus program on your computer/device so this does not happen again.

Actually, I believe to have found your account associated with your TG name but I didn't see a message from you to our support team. Is there anything we can do for you?

Hi,

The same happened to you? Sorry to hear that! However, if the account was hacked, there is nothing we can do even with an official police request but provide the details of the transaction that you already have.

If your funds were returned to you by us, they were never stolen. Probably, there was an issue with an incoming transfer or another problem that we could have resolved.

It would be wise to mention exactly how much BTC was stolen, and what the reward for recovering it is.

After all, recovering stolen BTC is an incredibly difficult process, and is typically impossible. For somebody to even attempt it the reward would need to be substantial.

For seriously high amounts, you might consider attempting a blockchain re-org, or reaching out to major exchanges to blacklist the funds.

If you have lost the funds from any centralized exchanges and centralized wallet provider, please do report them and request for the action regarding that, but I am not sure is there any wallet providers will handle such situation.

Apart from this option, you do not have an option to reverse the stolen fund. Simply you will be able to track with the TX id and wallet address. Just be careful while making the transaction next to keep the funds safe and report the provider if they were involved.

I can't believe what I read here.... Are you seriously suggesting OP to consider a blockchain re-org? Binance lost 7000BTC due to a hack where CZ also was thinking about a re-org, but quickly noticed that it wasn't possible.

OP's funds are most likely not even 0.01% of what Binance lost. I'm pretty sure that even a shitcoin re-org attempt would fail. Please put suggesting people to re-org any blockchain to rest. It's embarrassing.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

Sorry to say but you cant take it back and no one would able to.For sure there are newbies who tend to send you some message that they can help you out with having some corresponding pay up or fees.If you don't like to lose up more BTC then better ignore these ones.
