Bangladesh team's chances of winning are very low, the game will be held at Shere-Bangla National Stadium but here Pakistan team will definitely be able to win if they try their best performance. So in this match I support Pakistan team to win and am willing to bet some money.

For Pakistan, the next test series is against Bangladesh, which starts today. But the problem is that Bangladesh forces the visiting teams to play their matches at the dustbowl at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur. The track is extremely hostile towards the batsmen, and it gives undue advantage to the spinners. Therefore I am not sure whether Babar (or for that matter any other Pakistani batsmen) will be able to score a lot of runs this time. Also, how do you expect the form in T20s to be translated to form in test matches. I would suggest ICC to ban Mirpur as an international venue, but they seems to be blind to this.

But In my opinion, Both teams have developed their skills, strategy in this gap and some players even got replaced. So the situation won't be the same as before. Where I found, Bangladesh's performance lower average while it comes to test match, probably because they have lack of patience, failed to build up a strong strategy or something else what i don't know. The 1st Test of the Test series between BAN and PAK has started, PAK won the toss and decided to bowl. Actually, Bangladesh opening batsmen are not doing well in any format, this has been happening for a long time but BCB is not able to solve it. Bangladesh opening batsmen get out quickly which puts pressure on the next batsmen due to which it is not possible to score big. Mahmudul Hasan Joy was dismissed for 8 runs and Shadman Islam was dismissed for 13 runs. At this moment Mominul Haque and Shanto are batting, if these two do not make a big partnership then it will not be possible for Bangladesh to score big. Pakistani bowling is good but sadly on dust pitches they are not able to do anything. Just because of this, now Bangladesh is looking like the favorite in this match. One century is already scored, and two well-experienced batsmen setting this will make a big difference.

Right now 255 for 3; as they are playing, I am expecting they can go through for 400 to 450. This could be a good total for them because Pakistani batting is always unpredictable, and they have few new players who need to be good in technique and skills for keeping things in balance. Batting in the fourth inning is also not easy if these are going to stay at the end of today's play, this could be a big success for them.

Shanto and Mominul played well due to which Bangladesh was able to turn around and the two made a partnership of 170 runs. Besides, there was a partnership of 75 runs between Mushfiqur and Mominul. Mominul is unlucky because he came close to a century twice against Ireland but missed the century. Today too he scored 91 runs but missed the century by 9 runs. BAN captain Shanto's performance is very commendable he was out for 101 runs.

Anyway so far BAN has scored 286 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 78 overs. However, I think it's difficult to make any predictions until the first innings of both teams are over.

After reviewing the pitch, i was expecting bounce and the wicket helping the fast bowlers for the first two days and i am certain that Pakistan won the toss and elected to field expecting assistance for their fast bowlers but the wicket is really slow and ball keeping low and as usual Pakistan dropped catches and Bangladesh have scored 301 runs for the loss of 4 wickets and might add another 200 runs tomorrow.

With the way the pitch is behaving, it will be difficult for Pakistan to bat in the final day.

Bangladesh just got the better of Pakistan, looking at the pitch you would think it will help the fast bowlers, not sure how Bangladesh managed to get a green wicket like this that does not assist fast bowlers.

Run rate was not what real story of the day was, it was Missed Opportunity by Pakistan pace attack. If you do not make best possible use of first two sessions after electing to bowl, then you are chasing game for next four days in Test cricket. Challenge at crease will be most dangerous at the moment and that is Mushfiqur Rahim who is playing anchor role and knows conditions better than anybody. If Pakistan is to remain in this, then they should play Day 2 as if it was new match. They can not afford to lose two wickets in morning, or they may be heading towards 500+ score, meaning that they are likely to be playing defensive cricket and facing almost certain draw or defeat.

301 runs on the first day of the Test is not a bad total, but if Bangladesh can spend two sessions tomorrow, then the total will definitely go close to 500 runs.
However, looking at the pitch conditions, it seems that the pitch is a full batting pitch and Pakistan's batsmen will bat comfortably on the batting pitch. However, looking at Bangladesh's batting, it seems that this Test is most likely to be a draw. However, thanks to the Bangladesh batsmen, especially Mominul Haque and Nazmul Hasan Shanto, for helping Bangladesh take their score to 301 on the first day.

Bangladesh just got the better of Pakistan, looking at the pitch you would think it will help the fast bowlers, not sure how Bangladesh managed to get a green wicket like this that does not assist fast bowlers. 

Don't worry, when Bangladesh bowlers will come onto ball on this dead green wicket, they will be able to take wickets 

I think the Pakistan batsmen will lose wickets because of the psychology, as they know that they have to chase 400 or 500+ runs, and that will be enough pressure on them. If Bangladesh can somehow take the total to 600 runs, who knows, they would be able to win by an innings
