It's over for Pakistan, they have got edge in first innings  but they failed miserably in second innings. 7 down and score is just 67 runs. Lot is expected from babar today but he once again fail to deliver. Aamer Jamal and Muhammad Rizwan are on the crease, they both scored 88 and 82 in first innings respectively. Let's see whether they can produce same innings once again or not.

It is not yet over until these two players get out. Both Rizwan and Jamal were the reason why Pakistan scored good runs in the first innings. They can change the game if they go on to play their natural game which is not being defensive. In the first innings, both looked confident and were continuously attacking the Australian bowling attack. I am hoping that they repeat the same performance tomorrow and get a lead of 200. If they do that then Pakistan has a chance otherwise it is the end of the series.

An individual can't win test matches. The team needs contributions from everyone, but unfortunately, Pakistan seems overly dependent on players like Babar Azam and now Rizwan. Jamal is getting attention as he is an all-rounder. With their efforts, reaching 150+ is possible, but it's not certain that Aussies will collapse like Pakistan did. There's still a chance for Pakistan, anything can happen, but historically, Pakistan has not faced a situation like this before. Unless the 17th consecutive defeat might be on the cards.

op I agree with you Rizwan and Babar Azam if their partnership is not developed well then Australia will not be able to target much runs. Pakistan's batsmen have vowed to themselves that they will not win a Test match against Australia, which is causing good batsmen to get out one after another. Maybe we thought the pair of Babar Azam and Rizwan will survive but Babur Azam is out now Rizwan and Amir Jamal have to bat to lead the team. But I don't think these two batsmen can't batting very far. Let's see how many runs the target can be given to Australia in the end.

Today Aamer Jamal took the wicket of many players but from those many players one player is the captain of Australia Pat Cummins, he was out in a very simple style, Aamer Jamal gave a slow ball which was full toes and it directly hit on Pat Cimmins's pad, and umpire thought that it is not out but Aamer Jamal convince Shan Masood to take a review and then Shan Masood took a review from the side of Pakistan and the umpire was wrong so after umpire raise his finger and Aamer Jamal got another wicket. It was the 8th wicket.

In this inning, Abdullah Shafique was again out by Mitchell Starc on the very first over, and on the very first over very last ball, he was out by Starc.
I think if there was Virat Kohli, Ab Devillers, or any other player present to face this ball they could also be out because of what a swing he did. The ball seemed like it would go out but it came inside and hit the stumps. I think there all no player in cricket at this time who can play this ball because Starc seems it that it is too fast but he gave the ball of 143km.

Ideally SA vs IND series should be 4 match series, we might even cross the finishing line if it happens but tough to sustain because of financial reasons. Don't get me wrong SA did earn a big amount from this one month tour, close to $55-$60 Million but the majority of it came from the white ball series. Tests finishing in 2 days are also not helping the long series narrative, it took only 5 days to wrap up 2 test matches, and broadcasters or spectators (if any) paid for 10 days of test cricket.

That's why SA's board downgraded 3 matches into 2 match series and added extra white ball cricket.

India actually defeated the proteas in Cape Town which is a pretty big achievement. They couldn't win the series, but they drew it implying that both teams ended up sharing the cup at the end.

Dean Elgar has retired from tests in style and Siraj is the man of the match. Crazy test series overall!

From an Indian perspective, it's hardly a big achievement because the target is winning the series which Indians repeatedly failed despite having a good team.

We have seen Pakistan's batting disaster since the start of Australia vs Pakistan first test match but maybe Pakistan batsmen came to the third test match and batted brilliantly in the first innings. Unfortunately, in the second innings, the batting disaster of the Pakistan team again. If Pakistan's batsmen could have scored good runs in the second innings, Pakistan could have won the third Test match. Pakistan have been batting very badly since the start of Australia's Test match, they need to focus on their batting. Pakistan's bowling line is very good compared to Pakistan's batting line is very bad. If Pakistan team wants to improve their game they must focus on batting, if they can't run well then they will never do well.

Our expectations were too high from paksitan team after phenomenal performance from lower middle order and tale under in first inning. No doubt they give tough time to Australian batter in second innings with mind-blowing deliveries of Amir Jamal who took 6 wickets but unfortunately while in second innings they unable to continue his momentum and that's why they lose 7 wickets in 26 over before scoring even 100. Now they only hope for paksitan will be again in form all rounder Jamal and Rizwan but still I believe if they even took a 200 lead still Australian will easily chase it down and will get 3-0 dominance over paksitan at thier home ground. Anyway it's a great fun to watch even paksitan is losing

The small target could be difficult for Australia if the pitch condition stays same in the day four.

I have to disagree here. The pitch did change drastically favouring the bowlers immensely, but the Pakistan batsmen should have been more patient since almost all of them are experienced players.

Even if the pitch stays the same way on day 4, Australia have the psychological and home advantage due to which they will whitewash them.
