Miraz is bowling well in this match like in the first test match. He managed to take 5 important wickets. Taskin also picked up three wickets. Now if the Bangladeshi batsmen can bat responsibly then Bangladesh has a chance to win this match as well.

Mehdi Hasan Miraj will basically be one of the top all rounders in Bangladesh as I like both his bowling style and batting style very much. In the first Test, Pakistan was bowled out in the second innings only by Mehdi Hasan Miraj's bowling power.  Mehdi Hasan Miraj's 5 wickets were very important behind Pakistan's all-out in this Test match as well. But if Bangladesh can play their first innings well and if they can get Pakistan out very quickly in the second innings then this match will also be more likely to win for Bangladesh.

The second and final Test match between Bangladesh and Pakistan has started where compared to the first Test match, Pakistan got off to a better start in this Test match against Bangladesh. Pakistan are batting in the first innings where they managed to score 274 runs at the end of the first innings and they were all out. Although the match was scheduled to be played on the first day yesterday, the first day's play was abandoned due to rain and now the two teams have to complete the game in four days. As the first day was abandoned due to rain, there is a high chance of a draw in the first match, in which case if Pakistan draws this match against Bangladesh, Bangladesh will seal the series by 1-0.

Yes you are right in the back few months we are looking that Pakistan team is going down and down in performance. Means this new squad is not fulfilling the requirements of fans.
Like we can see how they performed in the first test match and how they are performing in the second test match. Pakistan team needs to focus on their mistakes and they should fix them and they should practice more if they really want to stand against big teams. They made only 274 runs in the first inning. Sri Lanka need 430 more runs to win the second Test against England. Sri Lanka were bowled out before 200 in the first innings and they have scored 51 runs in the second innings so far where they have lost two wickets so it is safe to say that England are ahead in the second Test so far. England will look to pick up some important wickets early in the fourth day and if they can keep a few wickets down in the first session, it won't take them long to all out Sri Lanka. Bangladesh won the toss and asked Pakistan to bat first. I have to say Pakistan did start pretty well except from losing the first wicket  in the first over without scoring a single run. I believe at one point they were 105 for 1 if I am not wrong. from that position, getting all out for only 275 is definitely not good. Miraz bowled really well in this match. He got five wickets. by the way, Bangladesh dropped a few chances.

Bangladesh went into bat for a few overs towards the end of the day. Pakistan created a chance on the very first ball and the sleep fielders put that chance down. At the end of the day Bangladesh scored 10 without any loss of wickets.

Shadman Islam has opened the game yesterday against Pakistan and I think this time he would like to complete his century as last time he was dismissed in the first innings of Bangladesh when he was batting on 93 but lost his wicket on that stage that was really disappointed thing for him but today he is playing with the same strength.

I also think that Bangladesh has full commitment to win this game too because as they start their innings with full aggression and with full intention. I think they will chase it towards tomorrow and again bowl out  Pakistan 11 players within low score.

The probelm with Pakistan is that their front line bowlers aren't playing and there is no one who can bat well in the team. Pakistan badly missing Naseem Shah and Shaheen Shah Afridi. They both are resting in this match which means that in the pace attack they don’t have experience bowlers.

However, Pakistan has hopes with Khurram Shahzad, Abrar Ahmed and also with Aamer Jamal. I think the game will be depended on Abrar Ahmed's performance.  All the pressure has gone to the shoulders of Abrar Ahmed, he is Pakistan's last hope otherwise Bangladesh is right on top in this test.

I have mentioned India and Australia in my previous post because in the Tests played in the last few years, England have given tough competition to India as well as Australia. If you look at the Ashes series, Australia wins one match and England wins the other. Nothing like that happened in the Ashes series where Australia won all the matches single-handedly.  

In Red ball, Home (Easy) and Away (Hard) tour paints a complete picture, sometimes context also matters (like toss, who's available or not etc). Don't let BAZBALL fool you. Against India and Australia Yes, they've improved under the new coach and skipper but only in vibes.

They barely manage to draw the last Ashes and that too at home after winning 4 toss. Similarly IND vs ENG series also saw a draw and the main reason wasn't performance but IPL Schedule, mismanagement and random one-off test, just to conclude the series and it ended up 2-2. India was leading 2-1.

That was their home record in the last 2-3 years against IND/AUS and as far as their away tour goes these are the numbers of their last 3 tours.

Some might also argue that England had the rookie spinners, well when did they have any spinners anyway except in the 2013 series (Panesar-Swann)
 

You have presented here only those statistics which were in favor of India or those which were in favor of Australia. It's not just that Australia won the Ashes series England just lost and it's just been going on and on. If there was no competition or only one team did well in this series then there would not be so much hype about this series.

Well, you are free to consider facts as biases and pretend that the scoreline is the opposite as everyone has the right to live in their bubble and create their narrative, there is nothing wrong with that. After all, we all are victims of our biases.

These 3 teams are considered BIG-3 because contests between them (Test series) generate more than enough revenue be it BGT (AUS vs IND), The Ashes (AUS vs ENG) and we are talking about 100s of millions of dollars from just 1 series (Direct-Indirect contribution to economy). We are not talking about limited-overs cricket, otherwise, IND vs PAK would be another worthy mention and a fine example of hyped rivalry.

To conclude my argument I'd say that, Having a rivalry and building hype around it, is different from playing competitive cricket and that too in away tours. At home, England is mighty competitive against Ind and Aus but they have mountains to climb when they tour these 2 countries.

Don't get upset. Yes we have seen Pakistan perform very badly recently they lost very unexpectedly to Bangladesh in the first test match.No one could have imagined that the Pakistan team would lose to Bangladesh by 10 wickets in Test cricket. Pakistan team may not be able to recover from that failure and they started to perform the same in the second test match.

The second test match, however, was abandoned due to rain on the first day, but the Pakistan cricket team was completely out on the second day. Mehdi Hasan Miraj of Bangladesh bowled the best on such a bad day for Pakistan. This all-rounder is performing well for Bangladesh at present. Mehdi Hasan Miraj took four wickets in Pakistan's second innings of the first Test match against Pakistan and even took a total of 5 wickets in that Test match. I think the Sri Lanka team must have to give bat to Kamindu Mendis because in the last innings, he performed so good but out on 74 due to the high pressure. At that stage, the team was losing their wickets that’s why he can’t handle the pressure and was out.
