Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Why not use a centralized exchange for this if you're willing to provide documents? Will probably get you better rates as well vs P2P trading.

Yea would agree with this, a lot easier than trying to find someone. I would say that Kraken is most likely your best option, I do like Abra for credit card though, check them out. |

Do you have a real 3d secure card? If you have access to the code, perhaps I have a solution for you. Not from me, but from a website. Otherwise I think a selfie is a must when you use a card. Let me know. |

Another way is through the blockchain website. You would have to have a verified account and you will be able to purchase coins directly through a processor. |

Yes, Coinbase would be useful for you. Alternatively you could use a proxy, who can accept funds from you via PayPal (or any other method using your card), and can provide you with the BTC.
