So ang pinili mo iyong isang option, iyong "PAY WITH BITCOIN" instead na mag login sa coins.ph then may ibibigay sila sa iyong bitcoin address. And since may extra few bucks ka sa Electrum, naisip mong gamitin iyon since nag provide naman sila ng bitcoin address. Di ko naisip gawin yan pero it should work.
It should've worked out pero tinry ko lang yun one time and konting sats lang ang ginamit ko dito for the fee because I know for a fact that this kind of transaction is even accepting late transfers of money since kailangan pang magconfirm ni bitcoin. On some sites like zeos, making an EOS wallet. Okay naman, konting sats lang din needed and naantay yung payment. Kahit di pa siya confirm pero na broadcast na nalagay na as paid yung transaction.
So ano nangyari? Naplaced ba order mo? Kahit pa mag change yan ng receiver address dapat pasok pa rin yan. And di na pasok ang volatility ng bitcoin dapat dyan kasi fixed naman ang amount na hiningi nila kahit pa abuting ng 1hr ang confirmation.
So ayun, nakalagay pa rin yun as 'to pay.' Ewan ko nga eh, dapat alam nila na volatile si btc and yung confirmation ng bawat transactions is matagal talagang magconfirm, THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT KNOWING NA ILALAGAY NILA YUN AS PAYMENT OPTION.
I even contacted both shopee support and dragonpay and I even asked them to just go to blockchain.com and I gave them the transaction ID for them to verify the transaction na IF sa kanila yung address, and may perang laman na yun, they should make my order already paid. Pero, wala silang alam about that. A day later, yung order ko, nawala na and parang nagpop up sa notifs na nagexpire na yun. Days later, nagemail na sakin si dragonpay. Saying na irefund ko na lang raw yung pera and it will take me 15 days para mabalik haha. Ang sabi din sa email, 103.50 lang yung nareceive nila eh dapat daw 105. Sabi ko, pwede po bang bayaran ko na lang yung dos and ilagay nyo na lang as paid? Bawal daw. BTW, di pala mesh binili ko, casing pala ng smok nord.
I guess partly sakin yung mali kase I should've used my coins wallet to pay for that not any wallet since yun yung nakalagay na option.
Never tried to use any coinsph payment gateway from different online store, pero yang pag kakaalam in dragonpay accepting bitcoin is through coinsph lang talaga not other wallets, so there's no warning or any message presented when you choose the bitcoin option in dragonpay, na you can use any wallet to send to the btc address?
This is the part where they wronged themselves. They should've put warnings para di nagkakaroon ng aberya sa payment. Syempre, as a user to one's platform, I'll choose the best option for me sa payment.
