possible alt spamcluster or plagiarism

I came across a dude whose post gave me a bad gut feeling, it was somebody that never posted in the english subsection and suddenly gave a half decent respons... Offcourse it was plagiarised  
I decided to use google search for part of the phrase he plagiarised, and found about ~12 hits of people that posted 1 of 2 variations of the sentence

I have no idear if they're plagiarists, or just an account farmer copy/pasting worthless crap to increase the activity of their account... But since i didn't want to report all posts one by one, i decided to post the link to the search form instead

Out of 10 pages on the search form that @mocacino given, these are the members (see below) that somehow copied/plagiarized the same sentence over and over again with some text spinning and changing some words onto it. It will start with the old post up to the recent, surprisingly it even copied/plagiarized on a medium comment. It seems I can only find fewer of it rather than what @mocacino has hit. But examining it even the old poster is banned probably by plagiarism too.

Based on my reply below, with all the members that post that sentence, only this member girang is the active one and isn't banned yet.

The purposes of this project are clearly explained in details with reasonable facts. Really promising, hoping this project takes off soon enough and achieve the aim of reaching the zenith.

maybe copy / paste, like you said or there are other factors.

I think in the case of the @mocacinno discovery, it was finished because the account in question was banned.

This user Pegleku is a total plagiarist because if you take a look at his very first post it is copied from one of the threads here in the forum. I can't say for sure that it was over because one of the user girang hasn't banned yet, the link to the medium post he posted I think that it is his account, though the plagiarism didn't happen here I still can't trust him over the issue.

Yes, @Pegleku also has an Alt account, the second account he has also been banned,
But I don't know whether this case still wants to continue or vice versa, I think there is still a lot to do with detecting alt or copy/paste.
