I'm not sure why their representative hasn't made any changes even though he's responded to some members. The OP was last updated in 2019 so you should expect many changes within the casino or bookie after all those years. Maybe new features and partnerships that forced them to implement KYC when they deem necessary. Regulators have become more tighter in the implementation of anti-money laundering policies in recent years so most crypto platforms decided to abide by the minimum requirements. I am also seeing it for the very first time, and I tried checking the link provided by op but the website is hanging and it looks like some the features have been removed in the interface. Probably this is the first time worldofcoins is also seeing it so you can't blame him for congratulations but the the he would have done was to check the date the thread before saying the congratulations.

Yes Piwi247 casino already exists and they are in on the forum to do promotion by making their thread almost 4 years old.
Maybe you feel that they are a new casino because indeed they haven't been active in this forum and their promotion threads for a long time.
But lately representatives from Piwi247 have started to become active again in the thread and provide some responses that have been questioned by other members.

I've been using piwi247 for the last 1-2 months and wanted to share some feedback here. I only use the pinnacle bookie for sports betting and haven't encountered any problems there, but I have so many other issues with the website.

First of all, when your session expires and you try to login again, sometimes you get the infinite loading bug (3 dots refreshing forever and nothing happens). I've talked to live support about this problem and they claim you need to use Firefox for the best experience. However, I've come across the same bug with ALL the browsers I've tried (chrome, brave, ffox, edge). The only way to fix it is by clearing cookies, but since this happens so often, it gets really frustrating having to go and clear cookies multiple times a day, because you have been timed out after less than about 5h of inactivity.

After you get through login, you then have to deal with the pinnacle bookie not loading. Sometimes it gives you an error saying login failed and I should contact support, other times it simply won't load you. All you get is the blue background with no error.

Lastly, the europe view option on pinnacle bookie is broken. It lets you scroll through events and matches, but it's literally like you're logged out. It even has a warning saying "odds might be delayed for guest users" and you can't place any bets.

I will say I haven't had any problems with depositing/withdrawing. Deposits were instant and I only made 1 withdrawal (took about 1h to get processed). Also, KYC was relatively fast, no problems there either.

This is my experience using piwi247 on different browsers and computers (win10 desktop & macbook) +  testing it out with a VPN to see if it might have been a problem on my end for some weird reason and nothing seemed to fix any of these issues, except for cookie clearing fixing the login.

Also, some of the screenshots were taken days apart, so I can confidently say that none of the problems mentioned above are a one-time thing. I have a friend currently using piwi247 as well, and he gets the same problems/errors frequently, so I can kind of safely assume that it's most likely on their end, but I could very well be wrong here.

I will also include here a live chat interaction about one of the bugs and it doesn't seem like they're too keen on fixing them. It's not the first time I have got a "Please try again later response". I get it that the support agent isn't responsible but maybe at least escalate the matter to someone who might actually fix it? Here they say "The team is checking it", then "Won't be long", ends with "Try again later" and 4+ days later, it's still not fixed.

I have also observed so many inconsistencies in the words of ops and what is obtainable on the site, and from this comment, I can now rest assured that my guess was right.

-Anyway, if the old is serious to convince players from this forum, he should be ready to be transparent as much as possible and also try building a good reputation stead of just playing games around here

To clarify your concern. When we first launch the website, we really don't ask for KYC/verification and phone numbers (that was the time we launch in bitcointalk).
But after we encountered some issues concerning the security of our customers, we have improved the site and ask for those.
