This exchange has terrible technical support! 

The coins did not arrive, although the transaction was accepted by the blockchain...there are confirmations.

The ticket has been hanging for 4 days and no one is responding....

Yes I think support need to up their game because it has dropped off recently and no one seems to want to explain why support tickets are taking days to get a reply. But I see the updates are going out on their Twitter so I don't understand why their support is so slow. If they are down on team members then let us know as we members don't know what to expect and lets be honest its not a good look for the exchange so hopefully they sort this out soon.

I dont think Till was part of CryptoJacks, me neither other than i can remember i traded some at yobit a long time ago.
And honestly, i dont know enough about it to be able to say if it was a scam or not.
Anyways. nobody from CryptoJacks is running Unnamed Exchange.

Its nice to see someone from the Unnamed team come here as it wasn't looking good. I suggest that the team communicate better with the community because when its silent its not a good look especially when we see tweets on twitter but no one from the team answering people's concerns as update tweets just don't cut it in my opinion when the team are silent in discord and on here. Apart from this I think Unnamed is a good exchange and I'll continue to use it.
