PM/Chat Logs:

Total Bounty Pool: 140K INX

Airdrop sent with very low rate , Instead of 90k INX only sent 900 INX

Refuse to pay bounty hunters , ignore complaints

Additional Notes: Exchange not opened yet.Plan to open Q4 2019.
Unprofessional,unreliable,robotic & unrespectful team.
2 months passed from bounty end date , always robotic respond to questions about bounty payment "Still in process sir, buy from market sir" .
The chance of getting scammed by this "EXCHANGE CANDIDATE" is highly likely and I would seriously advise anyone to stay away from them in the future.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

That's was really not fair especially if they were able to reach the project softcap. If we cannot trust them to pay bounty hunters their due and legitimate reward how then can we trust them with our funds as a crypto exchange? Projects that do this are never really a success in the medium to long term

@OP. If you were part of the Bounty campaign, I recommend that you open up a type 2 or 3 flag on this user. Only a direct victim can open these flags. All anyone else could do is open a type one flag, which is a newbie warning flag. If you were a victim, the type 2 and 3 flags have more impact

Avoid all the bounties carried out from the project's site unless it is maintained by a third-party bounty manager who is experienced. I will go ahead and will tag the user now and won't delete unless they reward participants with actual pool.
