TNT got another win, that’s 3 straight already in the playoffs, and Bol still had big numbers.

Looks like TNT has really become more stable now. They are finally using Bol more effectively, not just forcing him to carry everything early. Because of that, he still had extra energy in the 4th quarter, and that was where TNT made their big run.

By the looks of it, TNT has a strong chance to advance to the finals again.

Hopefully they will face Ginebra, but Ginebra has to start winning tonight first.

I think TNT will advance in the finals, the team veteran and other players are still not scoring the usual thing that they always do, but they already get the win, if Nambatak, Castro, will also click, the Boltz might not even go to game 5 or game 6, they were just warming up, especially Castro that is hungry he had miss a lot of games because of the injury but now that he comes back, things will be different maybe he were just in a minute restriction but still he will be one of the go to guy of the team, and also a playmaker.

There's a lots of adjustments that they need to work on Kabayan, especially with how they will counter and try to manage ROS reinforcement, that performance coming from your import will give a motivation to the entire squad, he's not afraid and he's really working and talking with his fellow teammates, and the outcome they managed to survive that last quarter run gave them the win it's really a good team efforts for the whole ROS squad as they are rotating the ball as what coach Yeng dictated to them during timeouts.

I think as long as they follow their team plan, they will be able to beat Ginebra, he is a monster in rebound, they just need to stop brown lee and Ginebra will have no chance, this team depends on Brownlee a lot, not just in points, rebounds etc., but his will to never say die even though there is a bigger lead of the opponent, this team will continue to play as long as there is time.
Coach yeng knows this team so I'm sure there is always a play that is design to beat Ginebra.

I just checked the lines and nothing looks strange except the game between TNT and Meralco. In Game 1, TNT was -4.5, but after winning, they are only -2.5 now. If this line remains the same, I think I might be forced to back Meralco tonight, even knowing that TNT looked like the better team.

Also, Ginebra is still -3.5. If this moves up to -5.5, that might be the better time to bet on them, but if not, I would still choose them to win and even the series.

Almost a choke for Ginebra, they were already leading by 20+ points and in the 4th quarter ROS made a strong run to bring the lead down to just 5 points.

Good thing Ginebra was still able to respond and get the win. Now the series is tied, and this is getting more interesting.

PBA: TNT taps Malick Diouf as import after Bol Bol injury

MANILA, Philippines–TNT has turned to recently naturalized Malick Diouf as its import for Game 3 of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup semifinal series against Meralco.

Team manager Jojo Lastimosa confirmed tapping Diouf for Sunday’s contest at Mall of Asia Arena after the Tropang 5G lost Bol Bol for the conference with a partial tear on his Achilles.

He is just 6'11, not too tall, so the playing field is now more even. I think with the new import, they will struggle with chemistry, so I will not hesitate betting on Meralco in Game 3. Games will resume tomorrow, but I’m confused why there is still no line now. It should already be up by this time.

I think TNT can make it even with out Bol Bol that is why Meralco played wise in game 2 and let th4eir import rest well. the team went all filipino in 2nd Q and in early 3rd.
TNT will have their reinforcement for game 3 but that one will not their permanent import as they are still waiting for their import to land in PH.
I was thinking that TNT will settle for RHJ as Meralco import is not that big while in Finals they can face GINKINGs which is an old team with JB. But RHJ is also injured now.
I hope TNT can make things better before this series ends.

It all depends on how the replacement import will perform tonight but again losing Castro is a big blow to their campaign. I have placed my bet for the Bolts on tonight's game, this is their chance of eliminating TNT so they will exert all their effort so that they will advance to the finals.

TNT played with no import and yet they still beat Meralco, what a shame for a team that could not maximize their import well, it was like Newsome was the real import for them.

Pogoy really showed his experience here, and I believe he is an underrated player. He is not afraid of physical defense being thrown at him, and he is also not afraid of taking the last shot because he trusts his 3-point shooting.

So maybe next game we can expect the import to play, but if the import does not blend well right away, there is nothing to worry about because TNT can still play all-Filipino. They have already proven they can beat Meralco even without an import.

That's right Pogoy is under rated but actually after Castro he's the next in line in terms of leadership. Coach Chot trust him as he got that license to take the crucial shot and we see the outcome, import-less TNT still managed to win the game, congrats to those who place their money for TNT either ML or handicap.

On the other series, Gin kings again managed to win against ROS I did not watch the game but with by looking in the final score it was a 5 point game for Gin kings.
