No, but this one clearly is. It would be just another sto without that promise of 1% in 1 day roi. But you just had to include that. Let me be perfectly clear: Staking is not same thing as ROI. Value of your tokens is not based on how many you got them but how much is it worth in market cap and crazy inflation like that makes sure that it can't hold the value without insane flow of money.

When you stake 100 tokens you begin accumulating dividends. After 24 hours, when click the Withdraw Stake button, you will have 1 UCIF token in your TronLink wallet. If you click the Complete Withdrawal button, you will get 101 tokens and will no longer be staking and accumulating dividends. When the auction house opens, you can sell the UCIF dividends for TRX for any amount that you specify; like on Ebay. I don't know how inflation plays a role.

When I look at the ucif, I am reminded of HYIP programs, get profit without trading or gambling, only invest and get ROI within the specified time period. Such as your program for 1 month, what if I participate on the last day,? Will it happen like what the HYIP program has done? domain does not work, we withdraw etc. UCIFT is indeed dapp and it's not a scam in my opinion, it's just that you package your program like HYIP in general. and this makes the good name of tron could be bad. No one knows when the last day will be . The algorithm will continue to pay UCIF dividends until there no more UCIF tokens in the dividend pool. The amount of tokens is displayed on the left side of the dapp. You see that before exchanging your TRX for UCIF in the auction house.

By the way the DApp is done, it is deployed on Shasta for testing purposes, the  delay is due to the same problems with shasta and its poorly maintenance

Good news! The UCIF Auction House is on the Mainnet!

To see the auctions, follow these steps:
1) Have TronLink running and go to https://ucift-auction-house.web.app/
2) Click on the My Auctions tab then the Auctions tab
3) Click the listing to Bid or Buyout token
4) Your offers will be listed on the Offers tab

Each transaction is on TronLink smart contracts so it will require a little bit of TRX to cover the transaction costs but there are no additional fees.

To create an auction, scroll down and fill in the info on the left and click the Create Auction button.
