I agree that ICO is actually not bad. What makes people's perceptions that ICO is bad is because of the many ICO scams last year. BNB Coin, Ethereum is an example of a coin born from the ICO and until now both of these coins are coins that are profitable for early investors.

so, just like ICO, if you interesting to invest on any IEO project, you should Do your own research first before decide to invest 

This is the most important part of any investment, we have to make sure that critical research is being made on any form of investment that we intend making. I know that IEO providers already promised doing their own diligent work before advising the public to go for it, but nevertheless, we still have to research on those projects.

The thing I just see IEO for is that it has assisted many investors to have less stress in having to make list of which projects to research on from the corrupt market. This project is an IEO in an exchange that I have never heard of, in addition to the volume of only 17 million dollars, and has not been confirmed if it is a real volume. I think it is very risky to join the IEO of such exchange

Many people are not familiar with the exchange, it is better to choose a good and certain IEO like in Binance. Bitforex and Huobi are very safe risks.
