I agreed with what the OP said about the removal of useless altcoin from the whole crypto market but I don't think is a need for us to waste our useful time on such actions because useless coin will always be a garbage coin and sooner or later they will be thrown into the trash can. However, what we need to do is to make newbies understand how to spot out useless altcoins.

They just create some kind of hype once or twice in a month or week and make their profit with fake exchanges and forget about it, I am talking about the developers of those kind of altcoins which are not performing and these are totally waste for crypto market and also creating confusion for new people who are entering in crypto world so what's your opinions. Useless altcoins must be remove from crypto market if it happens then it would be great and very beneficial for crypto world.
It is necessary to bypass unused coins. They are not so difficult to calculate because it is visible. Many people rush into the trade of unused coins to earn more money, but at the same time fall into the clutches of scammers.

I am a beginner and would very much like to competently determine which projects are really worthwhile, and which are just garbage. I do not want to waste my time on useless projects. Very correct tactics. You must check the design for a suitable product. After that, if nothing bothers you, you can review their documentation. Based on this, we can conclude which project. You can also analyze the number of users and the quality of developers.

if tokens don't get a boost from the team, they will disappear over time. because tokens or coins that are difficult to develop naturally will become dead coins and no one wants to invest with them. but it is true that in 2018 many projects that gave birth to tokens or shitcoin.
For me, I see campaign on removing dead tokens from the market as medicine after death really, because the people that were hurt most are not the people that would invest after the ICO or after they have entered exchange, but the people that have already invested during their ICO, they are the real victims of these ICOs, and if we are trying to protect any group from scam, it should be this group of people. That is why we must all make a collective effort to ensure that we don’t promote any project that is bad for them to even get to exchange or market to continue to scam people. We have to make lots of research of them and try so much to take them out before they get registered; it is something that we can do if we take greed and desperation out of our way.

how to distinguish which shit alt or not, the market will decide by it self if the coin is shit or not the easy way is just look at the volume at market at the shit coin listed, we just need to ignore them and they will disappear by their own

There are presently a lot of worthless altcoins that are still available in the crypto market. Particularly Coinmarketcap should evacuate these craps right away. It is unreasonable that coinmarketcap continues posting these worthless altcoins even after their failure. I think coinmarketcap should form a habit of delisting coins that dump beyond repair immediately.

So don't trade shit! I have long decided for myself that I will only trade coins from the top list. This will save me from the risk of losing money due to the fact that they quickly turn into shitcoins. Don`t invest in alt-coins that are marked as shit-alt-coins in the first place, nothing good can comes from that. This alt-coins are used by manipulators, leaders of pump&dump groups. They use this shit-alt-coins for scamming people who are new in crypto-world. Investing and trading with Top-coins minimize the risks. Even if you miss good opportunity for selling and making profit, saving it for future and waiting for price rise is one of the options, Top-coins always recover their price in the long-run.

If we want to remove them from existence then we have to stop buying them the moment we figured out they are worthless to invest. Sometimes, there are still people who invest in those kinds of coins yet it is too obvious that they are worthless. I do not know why. Maybe it is good to have a crypto community wherein they will look out for shitless coins and will put a notice to the people to be aware of.

Nope. this goes completely against what blockchain is for: open source and decentralized. It is a technology that anyone can take and use.
So the existence of all of these coins is exactly what crypto is all about. If you only care about price and money, then you are really missing out. Also, it is highly debatable if getting rid of these coins would actually benefit the market. It's not like new investors are looking to invest in almost zero value coins from a year to three years ago. Most people lose money from risky, unwise choices on newer projects, which is really just the investors fault.

We cannot say for sure which projects have died and which are not, even if their coins or tokens are not traded on exchanges. Many projects, after the initial entry to the exchange and even a significant drop in their tokens in price, begin to pay attention to other practical issues of their project and this does not mean that their cryptocurrency has died. Some tokens begin to rise and the price after a year or more break. Therefore, I believe that it is not necessary to immediately remove real-time cryptocurrency, let everything go in a natural way, although the criteria for their removal must be developed over time.

If this is going to happen we will need the following in crypto space
1) Regulation: if crypto is regulated many scam artists will quit scamming innocent victims because it will be more easier to get scammers nailed for good. 2)Big Crypto Giants like Coinmarketcap and exchanges have to come together as one so that it will be easier to start delisting fake or crap projects off the face of crypto space entirely
If coinmarketcap takes the lead every others like coingecko etc will follow but actually this can only happen if regulation takes place

it's possible, if those who are already registered on an exchange and don't have a trade, they can be removed from the exchange list. but if they are tokens that have not been registered then the one who can do it is the base blockchain associated with the coin. and I don't think there is a blockchain that has or uses that policy.

Of course useless altcoins they must remove from the whole crypto market because they can victim some investors to invest on shitcoins specially the newbie investors they have not enough knowledge how to research the good altcoins.
indeed there are investors who will be fooled into choosing coins like that? on what basis can investors be fooled by coins that do not trade? those who have not moved and do not have trades will be issued by the exchange developers themselves. they have an interest in that.

The OP has made his point very clear. Shitcoins are causing havoc in the cryptocurrency market and they needs to be removed for the betterment of the established coins. They are affecting the valuation of good coins in multiple ways. First of all, they leach off the market capitalization from the established coins, and then they tarnish the reputation of the entire market.
The number of active cryptocurrency users in the world is still quite low and we don't have the capability to support a large number of coins. But despite this fact, new coins and tokens are getting listed everyday and the market is getting more fragmented. Ultimately, they'll die a natural death but we can't wait until that since a lot of damage may be done by then.

No one is going to remove the crypto currencies,if we don't hold those cryptos they will eventually fade away that is the advantage of decentralization.

I agree with this, we have been flooded with tons of coins that got no value at all, its better the coins being wiped away so the whales can't used it for pumping and if possible the creation of new coins need to be limited so we don't keep on seeing the coin with the same purpose keep on coming out
it is impossible to limit the creating of new coins, I think that some criteria should just be created for which a coin must fit before it is created

We can't stop easily the every altcoin that coming everyday because some of altcoin is build to scam some people by doing build a project. The best we can do is research, read and study first the project or coin that we want to invest or participate.
Research before investin on any crypto project is must do thing but many people just follow other investors so they are getting into mass scam. But people are noe getting better that is why ICOs started to fade away from the market, only legit will stay awake.

The process of leaving is not a twinkling of an eye. This is business. Some will not clean their garbage because first of all they saw their tokens with value unfortunately the project did not go well. Time will come another project will come in from the old one's. Renewing or rebranding is the answer to put an end to the unsuccessful altcoins.

There is no need to remove such coins from the crypto market because slowly slowly there would be no trading volume on such coins and they will be dead even we have seen many such coins delisted as well from the exchanges and for your kind of information most of the altcoins are very very down from its ATH so one should also keep in mind its a high volatile market. and sometimes a coin moves beyond expectations.

I think that bad coins and projects practically steal investment funds from other projects, because a potential investor could invest his money in a more profitable and more promising project, and it has to be assumed that his funds are lost for the entire cryptocurrency market.
