Hello,

Is there a portable version of eletrum for OSX? I know it can be executed from USB thumb drive but it creates the .electrum/ folder in the local user.
I would like to create an encrypted drive on OSX that has everything electrum needs to run on it.

It won't work with the current codebase. It looks like the wallet will be saved inside the .app file. This means upgrading Electrum will actually start a fresh wallet. It will probably require some additional logic to make the wallet portable on OSX. If you think more people would want this you can fill out a feature request here.
