Blockchain is not difficult to understand. This guide will give you all the fundamental knowledge you need about this ingenious technology.

Blockchain is often described as ‘a type of a distributed ledger’. However, this definition may sound a little “unclear” to beginners. In this article, we strive to explain blockchain in the simplest way, putting aside complex technical terms.

"In a nutshell, the network works like a distributed timestamp server, stamping the first transaction to spend a coin. It takes advantage of the nature of information being easy to spread but hard to stifle." -- Satoshi

I previously understood that blockchain is simply a ledger and it records all transactions.
But now I understand more about its security. Transactions are all linked to each other and each time a new transaction is added, the network of the blockchain is enhanced, which is why hackers cannot attack the blockchain network.
This article is really helpful for newbies like me, thanks very much.

I don't care to click on link in OP because that site looks strange, so I ignore it.
BTW, if anyone want to start to learn about blockchain, I have dozens of courses for you:
Available courses on Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology from colleges and Universities. As I mentioned in quoted post, if people want to find out more new courses, they can use keyword: blockchain, in order to search newest courses by themselves.

There is a informative article on current trend of blockchain courses in top universities and interests as well as demands for students.
Besides what I gave in previous post, I would like to give your an article from Coinbase, The 2019 Leaders in Crypto Education
You should visit that blogpage and read full article, I only quoted some important points here.
In general, it shows the increasing trend in blockchain education from top universities as well as fastly increases in demands of learning from students, whom even have their self-run blockchain clubs. The United States accounts for more than half of 20 schools on Coinbase's leaders of crypto education (see image below)

Key Findings

  • 56 percent of the world’s top 50 universities now offer at least one course on crypto or blockchain — up from 42 percent in 2018
  • Twice as many students report having taken a crypto or blockchain course than they did in 2018
  • Nearly 70 percent of crypto and blockchain classes are in departments outside of computer science, including law, the humanities, and economics
  • Original Coinbase research includes a Qriously survey of 735 U.S. students age 16 and older, a comprehensive review of courses at 50 international universities, analysis of research citations and non-coursework offerings, and interviews with professors and students.
  • Cornell University tops the Coinbase 2019 Leaders in Crypto Education list

I believe that my thread, Available courses on Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology from colleges and Universities, is enough for a beginner in blockchain, but as you see in above article, blockchain education has grown fastly so my thread my be outdate (due to my lack of time to check those new-born courses). I appreciated @boyptc for that post, because it helps people whom have still not known how to search for blockchain courses to do it themselves. Visit those two sites, and use keyword: Blockchain, then enter Search button. It's easy to find online courses. I will edit my thread with that step.
There are online courses that you can avail that's dedicated for blockchain related topics.

Blockchain can be defined as a chain of the block that contains information. The technique is intended to timestamp digital documents so that it's not possible to backdate them or temper them. I think a beginners guide to blockchain You can learn about blockchain by watching various blockchain tutorials.
