Sure thing. Actually I think we won't see bellow 10k EVER again. It's a bold claim but I take my chances.
We just need to climb back above 50-day moving average line which is $20 above current bitcoin price. And then stay above 50MA which is common for bull runs. If you check 2017 bull run, the price stayed above 50MA most of the time, most short term corrections bounced from the 50MA back up, except for a few times when price went bellow and few days or weeks later back above.
