Maybe three times in a row was too much and now merits don't count anymore for me, because I still see 1000 merits in my account, despite:

Hopefully you have not jinxed yourself in terms of the 888 number.  Someone like Loyce or suchmoon will come in and give you 10 merits when you are approaching 888, then you are screwed out of a little historical markenings.   And don't come whining in this thread when that happens, because you have invited such possible jinxing. (hopefully you realize that I am joking.. of course, you can "whine" in this thread especially because the whole topic is so dumb anyhow).

My target is Senior rank for December hope I can make it.

Currently, you need to make one more post because a triple 88 would be a much nicer series of numbers.  Hopefully, no one screws it up (which seems to be quite common in these parts) and gives you a merit until you have been able to post and capture such image...

Sorry the record now is 88 including this post 87 activity and 92 merits. I think, I'll watch over the 99 3x it's also cooler.

Too bad I couldn't get 999. I just woke up and find that my merit is over 1000. Trying to earn 1000 from 0 will be so damn difficult if you can't have fun in the process.

I have an "Inspect -> Edit as HTML" friend. My merit count never stopped at 999. It got boosted by suchmoon (much appreciated).
Hence, the correct way to do it is by providing an archive.
