The bounty ad says:

1 500 000 tokens for signature.
but the table says a different number.

I haven’t seen records of reward reduction anywhere. What happened?

You just caught our bounty manager during his work

You can see the notification at the start of the bounty thread. This happened because - as you can see on your screenshot - we have only 13 participants in our signature campaign (not so big numbers in other campaigns as well): distributing 1 500 000 tokens between 13 participants is absolutely irresponsible, so we had to lower certain token pools. Their payouts are still very high though.
