Why exchanging from fiat ia way more expensive?

Hello! Why exchanging from fiat is much more expensive than exchanging crypto. For example, there is a 0.25% fee when you exchange crypto on changelly and 7% fees when you want to exchange from fiat. What is that? Can you explain to me?

Normally transfer money in fiat more costly, crypto charge only blockchain fees but fiat should cover another fees such as credit cards, bank transfer and should also add a profit.

the sites like Changely always charge a lot more than exchanges. that is because of their different offers. but also generally speaking i believe the reason for higher fiat related fees is because of the cost of accepting fiat payments, it has a lot of hassle and fees with the banks.

basicaly changely same like decentralized exchanges with system send to your wallet directly.
but, since changely is independent exchange,its cost more,and when we talking about fiat,absolutely we talking about more specific thing with specific fees.
