Where is the moon you ask!!  Bitcoin is leading us there. You don't just follow the band wagon of IEO and so on and be searching for the moon. If also an infograph of ico is drawn the failure would still be glaring. If you hadn't start investing in bitcoin you might have just been aiming for a moon that is elusive.

The inforgraphic is very poorly made, there are no detailed information. There are a lot of information left out about other projects which should be there. The guy is trying to ride the agenda that all IEOs are shit but in reality he is shitdataguy.

Maybe IEOs are shitcoinofferings after all but in this case it is just guess from his side nothing else.
