User Post Notification

I see a notify option for a particular topic but is there also feature on this forum where I can get notified whenever a user I would like to follow makes a new post?

There is no in-built functionality for this in the current forum software. You could suggest for it to be added to Epochtalk if you wanted: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=167.0

If you want to achieve this now, you will need to do so using a third party tool. https://visualping.io/ is probably the most commonly used. Paste in the URL of someone's "Latest posts" or "Latest topics" page, and it will email you whenever that page changes i.e. they make a new post/topic.

The only thing closest to that is this bot made by Piggy [RELEASED] @mention notification bot - now with Telegram but I guess this will not notify you instead it will be the user itself. The forum doesn't support the following option for a specific user that you'll be notified if ever he posted a topic or post a reply to anyone's topic.
