He is already tagged by DT members. I created this topic to attract attention about the situation with the ban - he continues to conduct his "business" on the forum and evades the ban.

Ban evasion is against the forum rules, so mods should ban him. A negative rating should not be needed in this case.

Yes it was and usually I use to post this on this topic [User Generated Mk III] - Known alts of anyone Mk III and I use to report them and point the link of my reply on that topic. You can report it as well, there's nothing wrong with it I guess as to the mods will look into the report.

I don't think this is even close to being a convincing alibi if ever it was used. I mean, it's an ethereum wallet, and you can freely create as much as you want. This case simply just looks like a brain-fart from a account farmer/ban evader.

But these are small accounts and most of them are already banned. DjonMnemonik - banned, nafantc - banned, Allexmdd - banned, Allexandr - banned, MaryanaBit - banned, Tryto - banned,  Diksonic - ban evasion, Dmitry-LSG - ban evasion (thanks for this find).

The main account is Smart Man. And he still avoids the ban and continues his dirty business on the forum. Therefore, I ask the community to put an end to this.

We need to be better at keeping things clean ourselves if we are going around trying to clean up the forum. All it takes sometimes is the report to Mod function or posting in an established thread if you want like minded people to pull at the strings as well. Also giving you a chance to link to a post explaining your "report". If your information is sound the accounts will receive a ban from the powers that be.

His last post was today, and his alt fenyks was banned almost 4 months ago.

My report against one of his post stating the ban evasion still shows unhandled.

Did i miss something ? Is there anything which speaks against ban evasion ?

On what board you usually report the last post of the user? Maybe you can PM the mods that handled it as they can explain it with you what makes it so long or unhandled. Usually, I report some ban evasion to the active boards where there is some global mods or mods as they can do so to ban some accounts, I guess Staffs can't ban some accounts (correct me if I'm wrong).

Try to report again the user and report one of his post to a board where there is a global mod, no harm I guess as they will take a look at it.

If it shows unhandled it's most likely waiting to be inspected by a staff member who can handle Bans. The report itself should have linked to whatever thread has the proof linking the accounts whenever you are reporting Ban evasion.

I was reading somewhere that there also appears to be a long backlog of reports waiting to be handled, just from the sheer amount of reported posts; most being low quality/spam.

Well, i reported one of his posts stating he is evading a ban in the russian local section (against fenyks) on July 31, 2019, before this thread was created.
This report got marked bad within a few hours.

I don't know whether the russian moderator simply don't think ban evasion is a punishable offense or whether they didn't understand the proof  
But i honestly don't think you can misunderstand that. At least not it you are moderating a sub as it is supposed to be. I mean.. russian mods understand english, don't they ?

The reports against Smart man (2 already) have been submitted July 31, 2019 and August 8, 2019 (1 Meta section, 1 Altcoin section; Those are the only two subs i found posts of him besides the russian local sub).
Both are unhandled as of today.

Usually my ban evasion reports get handled within a few days.
Lets see, maybe there is such a huge backlog of unhandled reports that they indeed didn't have time to look at it yet. But the russian local mod marking my report as bad is still suspicious as hell..

I reported just yesterday and it has been marked good, the board I reported it is on the Bounties child board as well as the Altcoin Discussion board. As per modlog information the last report handled on the ban evasion/autoban case was from me.

How do you actually report it? Mine was something like this.

Well it shows. Does "Autoban user" on the modlog section and perma banned accounts the same? If it so, then modlog shows perma ban accounts.
