What is the reason for Binance price increase?

The price of a token is increasing a lot due to the role of tokens in the platform. The token can be used in various things like participating in IEO, Fees discount and both can be considered as utility usages from the binance coin.
That makes people are interested to buy more binance. They are thinking binance coin has a very important position and this is why the binance coin is increasing sharply.

I would be more careful with BNB now. Binance is not doing that good recently. First, they were hacked and thousands of BTC were stolen. Then they had to deal with some guy who had access to KYC data of more than 60,000 Binance users (and this hasn't been sorted out till now). I have no complaints about the development. But they need to focus on security.

I think the main reason will always be activity for these coins. Not just binance coin but it applies to all other coins. Teams basically just create a coin, work really hard until they create it and then publishing it, then they really work hard during the first months and all, after 6 months there is no team around. Everyone just holds the coin and expects something to happen while some people start selling and there is no buyers which makes it go slowly down and down until its really low.

But, when we find a coin that has a team working really hard for the coin itself then it really makes the worlds difference, it feels like you are actually making a difference and the coin actually worth something instead of it looking like about to die. I personally care a great deal for what the team is doing.

Anytime that Binance increases in value, it does not always surprise me and I don’t think we need any reason or to know why Binance is increasing because Binancehas already established lots of projects that are meant to have real use case and they have been working.

Since they have real use case, people would always demand for it, and the more people needs one or 2 of their product that is constantly being needed, then we can expect that their coin value also will constantly be increasing, except there are few people that will pull back to sell their own coins, but as they sell also, there is also a corresponding demand to buy back that will make their value not to dump and then keep increasing. Binance will increase more now as people are picking more interest in IEO project.

Maybe the price of Binance Coins always goes up because of increasing investor confidence. The continued development of DEX and the increasing number of projects using BNB Chain has increased the demand for BNB Coin. I think BNB Coin is indeed a profitable investment for the long term and maybe at the end of the year, the price can reach $ 50

I agree that positive news about BNB Coin provides good sentiment for investors. Binance is the biggest exchanger at the moment, and binance is always developing platforms and also BNB coins, this makes investors believe that BNB Coin can penetrate the top 5 coinmarketcaps

You can´t buy IEO tokens with BTC, only wth BNB.
