I really like this idea NULS is providing to users that allows people to have a better understanding of the market before launching a product. The new staking service known as The SCO or Staked Coin Output.

If people are interested in a project they can stake their tokens towards it thus being a precursor to carry out a ICO and IEO.

The first requirement is for a NULS staker to hold 2,000 NULS. The staking nodes first validate blocks and then the NULS consensus nodes produce the blocks. The staker delegates their node into a consensus node for an SCO project thus earning the alternative token instead of NULS for the reward.
