Binance and its pumped IEOs is the main cause of decline of ETH this year.

It is one of the cause of ETH decline. But the main one is Bitcoin as people were selling their altcoins for Bitcoin in the hope that Bitcoin could reach 20000 usd.
And some still believe it. But no, i don't think it is possible as Bitcoin has near 70 percent of dominance of the crypto market. It means that Bitcoin has been pumped like a pump and dump scheme. In January 2018, Bitcoin had a dominance of 35 percents. It is the fault of some whales who wanted people to pump the price of Bitcoin and some of them have hoped to sell more at $14000.

market was moved very dinamic , and every seconds price changes with several reason.everything could happen in market and we will see bitcoin , ethereum or another altcoin price jump and down.but so far market sentiment and confidence already recovered.so we should not worry about crypt future.we just need more patience to see all price back to ath.

Market sentiment looks still positive, this is seen from the surge in bitcoin prices this year. I think the price of ethereum will recover if the value of the market cap continues and the value of the transaction goes up but due to market conditions that are still volatile, the prices of almost all altcoins currently appear depressed.

Today's update for ETH is $ 183.15.
For me, ETH price movements are still the standard for this year which is between $ 200 - $ 240 and is not a bad sign if I see developments since the beginning of 2019.

That's not a bad sign at all as ETH is still not rising despite the time BTC was bullish.
Now, that BTC is down, it just followed, maybe if ETH will be back below $150, that would give a good buying opportunity, who knows if this market continues to be bearish but I'm not hoping it will happen, I'm still happy seeing BTC trading at $9k over as it's still a good price compared to the lowest this year

many alts are struggling for the past few months mainly because of instability in the price of BTC once BTC gets tad bit stable I am sure alts including ETH will start moving up.

That's not a bad sign at all as ETH is still not rising despite the time BTC was bullish.
Now, that BTC is down, it just followed, maybe if ETH will be back below $150, that would give a good buying opportunity, who knows if this market continues to be bearish but I'm not hoping it will happen, I'm still happy seeing BTC trading at $9k over as it's still a good price compared to the lowest this year

If you check the charts, then you can find that on 2017 January, the exchange rate of ETH was somewhere around BTC0.010 per coin (which represented a 500% rise when compared to the rates on January 2016). Back then, the valuation for Ethereum was considered as fair and the experts were of the opinion that ETH was neither overpriced or underpriced. The ICO boom took it to BTC0.100 per coin and above. The crash came very soon, as the ICOs ran out of steam. IMO, now ETH should come down to the fair valuation of Jan 2017, i.e BTC0.01 per coin. I won't be too surprised even if goes below that level.

During last months ETH's price increased a lot. Now some people mark their profits and will buy back after the correction finishes.

This things are perfectly normal in crypto and there is nothing to worry about, as the price will recover.

All of crypto price were dropped today even so with bitcoin and Eth but don't have to worried for Eth because market support still high for each day and bought more when the price down would be good i guess and i have beautiful experience for Eth several years ago that i hold for a year and when reach all time high i can get decent profit from it so i want it repeated again and more patience to wait i think necessary

It is not a bad sign even though Eth price is currently struggling in increasing it's price steadily. Eth can surely recover and will follow the lead of bitcoin price once we can hit the middle of bullish period.

But this sign is also good especially if you want to put more investment as you can buy Eth in a low price and once the price will bounce back then you can sell it and get a good amount of profit.

Not a good moment for altcoins, etherium being their leader has shown it is not ready for any pump yet and at this rate if btc dumps around $7000 we may see eth dropping below its all time low this year making it appear investors are losing interest in altcoins

Let me shock you, do you know this is a very good thing for Ethereum to even stabilize, you are seeing it as issue because you are particular about the investment use of it, but those that uses it as utility coin would rater prefer it that way, let me also ask you one question, will you want a situation where I pay you Ethereum that is equivalent to about $1000 now for a product you sell to me, and by the time it got to your side, the money had reduced to $800? Would you be happy, but won’t you be happy if what I sent to you is exactly what you received?

This is only possible when there is less volatility in some of these coins, so if Ethereum is stable and still being used, I would not say that their project has failed, they have only made it build more confidence in people.

I think, It's not a bad sign of ETH. When bitcoin grow will stop some time, then ETH price will grow fast.

Yes bitcoin and ETH both grow with time and i am sure ETH will be also high now i can see time passing ETH is gaining value in very near future we will see huge price increase in it so every Altcoin use to struggle and wait for the perfect price to reach till the end 2019 I think ETH Will gain remarkable recovery so hopping for best.

Look at its satochi price. It is always losing since Mai 2018. People are now only interested about getting some bitcoin satochi. Most of new traders are not interested about ETH. Can this change? For the moment no. It would need a very big dump of bitcoin for people to change to altcoins. Altcoins are surely going to suffer too, but the dominance might become more normal. I don't think bitcoin can increase more than $11000 now. It is more or less when it had 70 percent of dominance. And people are exiting some profits from the cryptos market when they can. It can only go down little by little. It will take time maybe, but that will happen. Be patient, one day thoses  pumpers are going to be exhausted as the market is decreasing little by little.
