Just curious why there's no clear announcement on their FaceBook page and Twitter account regarding this matter or they already had a plan to run away costumers coins that store on their platform.

website home page about the updates, but the sign up button seems to be still working. Tbh, users should be aware of updates of where they put their money, the exchange is not a wallet.
According to their TOS, they can stop any part of their services without a notice and without being responsible for any loss of users funds and information:
