You will transfer the ETH (a valid collateral) or just give the access to the wallet (not a valid collateral) ?

You make the verification then you send me the BTC to my wallet or an escrow service, THEN you'll get your loan.

But giving BTC as collateral, to get a BTC loan... You're definitely a scammer.
