As human, everyone has advantage and disadvantage. Although Messi is often the determinant of Barcelona victories, he is not always able to do his job well. He is absolutely the perfect player for Barcelona but he is getting old and his energy is not always stable. Hopefully this season Messi can still be the best player in the League. I don't know... Suarez gave a lot for the club, but I think now it's time to leave. He isn't as good as he was few years ago. But then, question who will replace him? Barca neeed serious rebuild before new season, but now it's seems that our noard have no idea what they are doing. There is too much chaos inbtheir decisions.
Usually I feel hyped before new season, but not this year. It's not about that we may end without trophies again. It's more about what's going on with my beloved club and in what direction they are going.

I do not think that Suarez at the moment can represent a real danger. He rested on his laurels for too long, and is unlikely to get back in shape. And Morata will sit on the bench and sometimes come on as a substitute.

I do not think that Suarez at the moment can represent a real danger. He rested on his laurels for too long, and is unlikely to get back in shape. And Morata will sit on the bench and sometimes come on as a substitute.

Never underestimate Suarez. He has plenty of experience, and usually is a real attacker. Always at the good position. He made many important goals. Besides that, what can be worse than putting an attacker instead of Griezmann? He was not even good enough for Barcelona B the last season. No idea what happened to that guy. He lost all his magic.

I agree Suarez has a lot of quality as aan attacker.He has given great value to Barcelona by scoring quite a big number of goals considering that he played along side Messi.Every player has his up and downs but overall Suarez is not to be underestimated.La Liga has started normally with a Real Madrid draw which is the headline of a bad start for Real Madrid.

Real Sociedad is a strong team and it raises difficult moments to the big clubs that play against them. It was normal for the very first game of the La Liga that Real Madrid is going to lose points against Sociedad.

Yep. No team underestimates Real Sociedad, they have good players. So, it is not really surprising if Real Madrid must share points in the first match. However, with many superstars or top players in Real Madrid, I am as a fan expect 3 points from that match. It is the beginning of this season, it is much better if got 3 points.

It was normal for the very first game of the La Liga that Real Madrid is going to lose points against Sociedad.

Sharing point is still normal, but I think Real Madrid must evaluate how they cannot score at the first match. I think the strikers don't play effectively. They need to create more chances and don't waste every opportunity.

Not just because Suarez was part of the super trio that won us so many titles, but because just watching him even at any age and at any condition, injured or not, he gives it all every game. Griezmann less so and yes I think he is good but he hasn't truly impressed me with his attitude. Suarez is hungry forever, and tenacious, and I think as a club we have treated him so poorly I'm ashamed of it.

Not only that, I think Suarez has also changed his character in the field in every match, because I only know that Suarez in the past had traits that might be bad but at Barcelona he can change that all into a better person. That way, Suarez deserves to stay at Barcelona and whether there is a new plan to make a new strategy later, Koeman should be able to keep Suarez at Barcelona because the existing player will make his new strategy easy to implement.

Guys, have you checked "La Liga standings" right now? In the first and second place, no big teams are there. I am a bit surprised by this result even if it is still matchday2 and some big teams still didn't play yet (Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla). But I never imagine before that Real Madrid, Valencia, and Villareal started this season with unsatisfying results. Now, Granada and Real Betis are leading the table! Amazing starts done by these two clubs.

Yes. I think Liverpool also take credit for that. That was the last time Suarez had shown his bad past, and they really made him into a guy who fought hard and stopped biting haha, so by the time he came to us he was a changed person.

He was a good servant, and even if Koeman doesn't like him, no need to tell him he is not needed. Respect the servant for what he did for us. I'm happy for him, may he do well in Atletico.
