I never for once consider Girona as potential competitor for La Liga title this season, you want to know why? Losing against Real Madrid alone have disqualified them, they might settle for top four but winning the trophy is impossible for them. Girona can only make attempts but won't succeed.

Everyone agrees that Real Madrid and Barcelona are always the favorite candidates for the winner of La Liga in each season. But they don't always win the title, Atletico Madrid ever beats Real Madrid and Barcelona. It proved that it is not impossible for other teams to win the La Liga title. So, don't underestimate Girona, they also have the chance to beat Real Madrid or Barcelona.
