I mean the season is over, Real will not lose that much points we know that much. However, getting closer means something good for Xavi, which makes people want to keep Xavi and not really have any other manager try for that. I get that it may feel like it is a big deal for Xavi to stay and I understand that Barcelona fans are super happy about him.

The league is still far from been over. I think he already said that he is only willing to stay if he doesn't get financial trouble with transfers, he wants a player like Bernardo Silva or Kimmich which would be the reason to stay for him, that means Barcelona president has a single job, which would be getting either of those. Bayern seems to not want Kimmich and not signing contract with him, so that should be a possible transfer.

Sometikes, what is happening in football clubs is more than what we know. I never thought about such a scenario even though it is still possible for it to become a reality. Real Madrid will not fail at the end of the season, especially when they only need a few more points to win the title. To be really honest, I'm not happy with Ancelotti because I think he will ruin the Real Madrid team before he leaves. If i am not mistaken the result match of El Classico usually didn't terminate who is the winner of Laliga for each season but indeed because the rivality between Real Madrid and Barcelona who always be interesting makes El Classico is very important for both fans and indeed whether it Barcelona and Real Madrid has tight schedules because they have to divide their focus to other competition just like Champion League and this is important too because Real Madrid and Barcelona want to beat their opponents on that competition and advances to the next round
