I so much trust Jose Mourinho on this ones, he's definitely putting things in other in no time soon, talking about getting new players, I think he's already listed the players he want out of the team, and I'm quite sure he will also need a replacement for them all, they are about 6 players he listed, and I'm sure the management is going to see to that, because I know Real Madrid too well, in terms of signing players they don't waist time on that one, and to me I think the position they should focus more should be the defense, because apart from the defense, I don't really see anything bad in that squad.

Mourinho will definitely make improvements to every line of Real Madrid to ensure that the mistakes they made this season won't happen again next season.. he might do this by offloading players who don't suit his game and who lack the motivation to play for Real Madrid. he might also recruit new players who are hungry for trophies and can be managed. so he's doing quite a lot to improve the team because it will be difficult for them to win trophies with the current composition of players and team mentality.

Real Madrid will not play as badly defensively as the Serie A clubs. If they are lucky, they may win the title, but it will damage Madrid's reputation.
