Zooka proposes that no one be in the consensus
I propose that we all be part of the consensus (not just the miners) because that is a real consensus, Right now it is not even a real consensus.

consensus
a general agreement

How is it a general agreement on the network? when people who can`t mine or host a node use the network have no say?

I prefer zooka`s or my way over what we are using atm.

No one or everyone! not just sum.
