I think there are different levels of faucet and different methods of faucet that changes the way it attracts the type of person that comes.

For example, stake right now has their own forum and if you write there you earn some money and you can gamble with it easily on their platform, now that is not like faucet where you click and get free and gamble but it is still free money but it increases the activity level on their forum so they are actually getting something back and considering most of those people spend that on gambling and lose it they are actually getting activity for free. I think bitcoin faucet is a good thing to have in a lot of gambling cryptocurrency websites as it was a good thing for a lot of new gamblers on the websites. Real gamblers does not need faucet as far as I can see. If there is a new site and the gamblers are interested to play then they will make small deposit. Real gamblers wont care about small money especially if they want to test the game. Of course any sites are free to decide whether to provide them a free money to test the game or not but I'm one of some players who do not use faucet really often so I myself do not need faucet as I know that it does not worth for me. Currently there are two games, dice and lottery but there is an image showing that blackjack is coming soon. So there will be 3 games that we can see in this site.
Basically offering many games is indeed great but the casino need to make sure that the games are attractive and works well first.
Coming up to rakeback, I cant see that this site offers this feature. Probably they can consider it, as it is now something like a must in gambling sites.

The thing is faucets could be done very difficulty to claim which would make abusers stop really caring about it. For example if you make a faucet that is 5 minutes intervals to claim, that has a captcha, that has an email confirmation and also a 2FA etc from google and so forth that is actually quite difficult to program a bot for. Now, it is still not impossible (quite difficult, close to impossible) but that is still a lot better compared to what faucets were back in the day.
