P.S. Just To Let You Know, I AM NOT PART OF YOBIT or even a SUPPORTER of them.

I don't support Yobit actually, I'm more concerned about the users who has some issues regarding on that exchange so I will be using this thread to get in touch to those users.
I just found a way to have these issues to be fixed, but this isn't illegal as you may think of it. Though I don't still have the 100% of the outcome to be positive because it always depends on the situation. And so in this case, I might be there way of getting their reputation back just by solving the issues of the users. Though I know that this might take me some risks, that's why I'm saying this, I am not part of YOBIT, I'm just giving you a way to solve your issues.

Just leave your feedbacks and issues here on this thread, and let me be your bridge to them.

I don't get, how do you intend solving the affected users problem when you're not a part of their team or have any connection to the exchange. Yobit body language have indicated they're not ready to help their affected customers resolved the issues they're facing. The support system isn't working effectively, how then will you bypass that to bring solution to affected users?

It's pointless trying to help an organization (company) or whatever you can call them (yobit exchange), when they aren't ready to help themselves. They have the funds to hire as many customers service employees as possible to meet their hundreds of customers complains instead they prefer spending thousands of dollars to advertise round the web.  Hope you're not bitting more than you can chew, don't give affected users false hope because it'll definitely backfired. Just saying.

OP, don't do it. You may find yourself in odd situations like you scamed, you did this, you did that. With this, you will just drug problems into you. Let YoBit do their job. They already have their customer support.

On a side note, you can not assist a user if you do not have information from their database. Those who deals with customer service they have their clients date and they response according to those information.

I agree with @Palmodar. You're putting yourself in a very risky position.
this is not about the accidental mistake by trusted service. It is about Yobit, who consciously do fraud activity. Also, they did not show much concern for their reputation here.
the best we can do is to warn new people about a possible scam.

OP, I don't know exactly what you're doing here, but good luck trying to rectify any of Yobit's issues with their customers.  They obviously can't be bothered themselves, which has always had me perplexed.  They've got to be making a ton of money running their exchange, and I can't imagine there are lots of people behind the scenes sharing the wealth--they really ought to hire some dedicated customer service reps, which would go a long way in improving their reputation. 

They have a decent exchange and they've been in business for quite a while, but the problem is obviously that they've driven a lot of customers away by not taking care of them when issues arise.  Now it's to the point where the Yobit name is synonymous with "shady".  I'm not sure how or why they've let it get so out of hand.

Let YoBit do their job. They already have their customer support.

Interesting. I have no idea how you you can solve these issues without being part of Yobit team. But as I understand, you're not going to post it in public. But I'm not sure why exactly you're doing this. As I see Yobit are still doing shady things like listing fake coins, making fake IEO's and etc. It seems that they just don't care about their reputation. And there is no signs that they're going to stop this soon. So, I'm not sure how you can return your reputation back to normal.
But if there is no hidden things, and you will offer effective help to people who got scammed by Yobit, it will be very positive thing. Good luck!

The only way OP can help us is if he has direct contact with support and Yobit support trust them to give accurate and fast response to all the inquiries, Yobit support is very slow to the point they ignore a communication, you can use their channel, but you need funds to use that and they don't answer sometimes on chat.

I wish you tons of luck, OP! Not only because you are extending a helping hand but because you are faced not just with a herculean task but an impossible one.

  • You must be aware that the problems regarding YoBit are countless as they are varied.
  • How could you act as a bridge when you do not have direct access to them?
  • If you are not in any way connected to them, I cannot imagine how you could possibly let them lend an ear to you when they simply rejected hundreds of it on a daily basis.
  • In general, the problem with YoBit looks like the entire YoBit itself. In which case, you might find yourself inutile.
  • It would also help if you drop a little information as to how you could possibly be of significant help to the victims of YoBit's shady behavior for years. Devoid of any hint, your initiative also appears shady.

Yobit support is very slow to the point they ignore a communication, you can use their channel, but you need funds to use that and they don't answer sometimes on chat.
No one can't deny that, actually they already have tons emails that they haven't read so yes there are some issues that remains to be unsolved, they literally didn't know where to start, that's why this is happening.

This is a big risk, I already know that, but I already told them what to do, now they're trying to fix issues literally one by one.

And Yobit should recognize the group if they want to get an accurate answer does OP have direct contact with support.
The group was made by me along with their approval.

The second image was a confirmation that I'm speaking with the higher up person, I also doubt it at first

I will just keep it a secret of whom I'm talking to right now.

Sounds like a good initiative as I too believe each and every business/services is important for bright future of us, the bitcoiners.

But, why in telegram instead of here in open discussion? I mean more transparency will ensure quick re-building of reputations.
I am not sure about the need of telegram but if I would have started this then definitely I have started a new topic under exchanges sub to have all the problems to be listed/summarized.

Also, time frame is missing here. I like to suggest to add some 2 weeks or 4 weeks (or more weeks) time for the people to state their problems. Otherwise people will come after 6 months and cry that their problem is still unsolved. Some lazy might be simply ignoring this (intentionally & unintentionally) when you are in full fledged active to collect their voices but will disturb the business later on.

To be honest, I'm not here when the time they didn't paid their participants happen.

I don't support the OP but I don't disagree with him too. I believe in "Everybody deserves a second chance". Lets just not say negative things about them at this moment. Let them run a campaign and lets observe how it runs.

To the yobit,
If they really want their reputation to be back here in the forum, I think hiring a reputable campaign manager will help. Don't run it yourself because for sure many will see it as a scam because of what happened in the past.

As I said, lets observe them first. Let them run the campaign and see how it works for a few weeks. I'm neutral with regards to this situation. Smiley

I think Yobit's issues are insolvable by nature; namely that they're a money-hungry greedy- ponzi scheme-esque exchange with no respect for their customers, as is obvious.

I personally don't think there's much to salvage.

There are numerous yobit fake accounts on telegram what assurances do you have that the account that made the announcement is an authorized yobit telegram account? Any proof to assure that?. Just viewed the profile of the announcer from your telegram group and guess the information I saw on his profile, view image


How then are we to believe the words the user is saying, if the profile information identify the account as scam. The whole thing doesn't add up. The information on his account might be a warning from telegram as it doesn't make sense.

I can assure that this was an imposter because if they really concern about their signature campaign on bitcoin they need to come up with their official bitcointalk account but they never did so someone who created account called Yobit support doing the same thing on bitcointalk as well.

they are not up to solve issues of their users but yobit just want to live another cycle to prove they still are alive and kicking unlike the other exchanges that turned scam and exits. by putting this in the mind of the new users, they are the ones that survives. they are not building their reputation again, they just want to appear like they are oldest surviving exchange.

^Yobit have official telegram? Then how can you be sure that you are talking to someone who can fix the issues?

Seems odd to me when they don't even care about their open scam accusation on bitcointalk then how can you fix the issues.
