Has a “finger print design” LTC loadable or not coin been created?

Hi all

It’s been bugging me for years wondering if this coin was ever created.

A quick background, In march/April of 2014 I was working in partnership creating 1oz silver ltc. The coin would feature a fingerprint. Everything was all go, however never heard back from the other party, just excuses at first then silence. Other party claimed to be in Australia. I gathered it was a scam and full of shit.
This person purchased from me on eBay paid and completed a couple orders, in the past all went well.

I know it was awhile back now but thought I’d ask the question.
