So what's going on with Rocketpot? Communication via email has been more than tough for many weeks (so bad / non-existent that I actually had to remove Rocketpot from my site) - is this site going to shut down soon or just being neglected? Pretty strange since I actually thought it was solid while reviewing it.

From what I can see, when casino websites that are operated or owned by one man they can easily go downhill as soon as the person behind it gets distracted. When emails are not answered in an acceptable time then it clearly shows things are going downhill whether it is rocketpot or a different casino.

As of right now while I type there are just 11 visitors and  4 users that are actually playing the crash game. This has been the usual figure (between 3-7) playing whenever I checked the website. It is not as though the website is super busy or super successful but given some marketing maybe that could change.

So what's going on with Rocketpot? He signed in to this forum just 30 minutes ago but failed to post in his own thread to address the concerns of a bankroll investor. Extremely disappointing conduct by a business operator, very unprofessional.

Keeping that aside the only other thing to add here is that the 2 games attributed to their own website brand (as being a game provider) are not loading and as far as I know these were the games that the bankroll was intended for.

A story always has 2 sides. Difficult to judge about that. The big problem in this situation is that the op does not respond. That is not a good thing.

The first thing to mention here is that the OP (TheRocketman) has not logged in since 27th November 2020 and he should be given ample time and space to reply here.

The problem is that what cannot be dismissed is that he did sign in the forum after SoniaBlack posted here with her concern (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5178376.msg55690000#msg55690000) and that is making the maybe-it-is-a-scam alarm bells ringing to some users.

Even if this all turns out to be a big misunderstanding and the website errors are fixed and everybody is happy again - I would like to reiterate that I raised so many concerns about this website from the first page of this thread, here are just some of my posts:

The terms and conditions on the website are useless and have no meaning. There is no information there of substance.

Best to keep away from that website until they add legal protection for users and for themselves and they stop hiding behind anonymity

I believe everything could be sorted out in time let's just give them the time to improve their site if there is a problem/suggestion i think OP could easily make things possible. Besides this is just a new site that is trying to make a name to all of the existing reputable ones.

I tend to agree with you in part but if so much effort can be made to code, host and get the site up and running then registering a company should not have been a problem.

satoshibet.io was also launched without much fanfare in March 2019 and one day it just vanished without any announcement. Nobody knows what happened to any user account balances that were on there and nobody knows why they shut down. Very alarmed at what I was looking at my first post in their now abandoned thread is similar to the first one I made here as I asked them details about who to sue if the website goes bust or if they scams users.

On a different note, I do wish the website owners success because they are a new business just as you mentioned but that is no excuse for not putting clear ownership and liability details in their terms of service.

Do you have any evidence to support your claims? The OP did post to say the website is getting a technical update, maybe something went wrong with your win as a result of that?

Besides what you claim, I think it is not appropriate for the site owner to not even update the website to inform website visitors what is going on and when you add to that no information is being sent out to bankroll investors then things are not looking good.

I never really understood scams in casinos because if you own a casino that is even semi-operational you could make a ton of money with it, why try to risk what you have and get out with limited amount of funds? Normally if you scam people, even if you steal 1 million dollars which is enough money to retire in many parts of the world, you would still just retire with one million dollars and that's it, nothing more.

Whereas if you can manage to keep a casino going as further as you can, we are talking about millions of dollars in profit and on top of that you could later on sell it to someone for same amount anyway. Which is why I think exit scam by a casino owner is the most short sighted thing anyone can do, it makes no sense at all to me and I would rather not play there anymore even if it is not exit scam since they already abruptly went awol.

At this stage the alarm bells are ringing and things do not look great but the OP has replied saying they are undergoing an update. Maybe the server has been upgraded with incompatible software and they are trying to fix it - we do not know but it does not look good when investors are worried their bankroll investment.

I have registered and deposit 0.001 BTC, then I play and win until 1 BTC. When I withdraw got message error and didn't process my withdrawal. I try to login back to my account, but my account not found. Just curious, when I try to register with the same email, it is work. Did you delete users database? Are you trying to scammed me?
