First of all, let me say this: The website total profit (shown on the screenshot) is composed of the house profit and the investor's profit.

It seems like you made the screenshot after some bankroll deductions for player activity

Here is what happened there specifically: whilst it's true the GGR (House profit) has increased, there have been deductions from the bankroll for chest awards, 6x mini reseed, 1x mega reseed, 2x bonus completed, 3x bonus finish 09/04 - 10/04

Hope that clarifies it somewhat.

It is irrelevant when you invest - assuming that all other parameters are irrelevant ( i.e bonuses, chests, jackpot seeds etc). You can invest now and receive X% and then someone divests big and your % of the bankroll becomes larger. The opposite can happen too. The profit you get is not dependant on the time you invest

As an investor in the bankroll, and keeping all other parameters equals, will my gain be strictly proportional to the % of the total bankroll I own (or the sooner I invest the bigger my profits will be). Please give details.

First of all, thank you for bringing attention to this - we have spotted errors both in the denomination and in the formula showing on the bankroll. Whilst your profit was shown correctly, the “total website investing profit” was not. The formula was outright wrong and did not include jackpot seeds etc.

We have now updated the formula which now shows Investing Profit from the investor’s point of view (not the website as a whole). We feel this information is more valuable to investors anyway. It's worth noting at the time of this post the Investor's Profit was 35+ BTC (8 or so months after the website's launch)

Now with regards to your investment and the data posted above: as mentioned in a previous post we have recently made updates to the site such adding prize chests and offering bonuses to new users which impacts the bankroll investment performance. The jackpot seeds are also being deducted from the bankroll now (we have posted about this earlier).

This is likely what impacted your performance. Still I am happy to see your ROI is still over 21% in just a few month’s investment. We hope to see it grow

We discovered the reason for the discrepancy between your investment ROI and the 'investors profit' movements displayed on the site: the number 35.26482782 BTC was not the investor's profit at the time but the investor profit at all time high. This error has now been fixed:

"Aggregated Investors Profit is what is shown now and captures the sum of the profits current and past investors made so far

I'd like to apologise again for the issue. There is no excuse for this, but it was not our intention to mislead anyone. Also - please be assured that the numbers as they relate to your investment have always been correct, the unclear part was how much the 'others' have made.

With regards to your ROI 'going down' at the time of your post - this can be due to a combination of factors. As you have said yourself, you had amazingly high ROIs a few weeks ago, but they might have been gone down because of player wins and the new bankroll deduction update that we have discussed on this forum. I appreciate the new bankroll deductions may seem like bad news for some bankrollers but we believe it's a good change that will reflect positively on the site in the longterm.

A few hours ago we made an update on the way our jackpot wheels work:

If a jackpot round is triggered but the total amount of bets is lower than 5 mBTC -  the wheel will spin without any fixed prizes.

The Mini, Major and Mega will play the same during these rounds and this change won’t affect how these Jackpots are paid to the user. If the total bets of a round that triggered a Jackpot reach 5 mBTC, then the fixed prizes are available again for all Jackpot wheels.

First of all with regards to your issue: it wasn't just a technical problem. Gameplay from multiple devices is not supported. You were making bets on the same account on the same round from different devices, which is suspicious behaviour to say the least. A normal player will not even be able to play from two tabs, he'd be logged out. We will make an exception this time and assume this was some sort of a rare error. I am happy to say we have credited you 15 mBTC!

With regards to the second issue, as amBIT has said himself on the public Rocketpot chat, he won the 'pink prize' but it did display as zero. This was because he spun the wheel after the update and the round was indeed below 5 mbtc. In fact, I noticed that he increased his bets afterwards to make sure the round goes above 5 mBTC. Moreover, whilst he claims he should have been won 50 mBTC (?) whilst our provably fair checker shows that the round result in a >5 mBTC scenario should have been 15 mBTC. However, since timing of this is indeed unfortunate and the user was active on the site during the update - we have credited amBIT 15 mBTC.

Last but not least - with regards to the jackpot increase you mentioned in your following post. Whilst it is mentioned in our FAQ, I will announce it here publicly as well:

As of today, the jackpot contribution is 0.03% from the total bets of the round. This is lower than before the change was made which is why you are seeing slower growth. I am sure that as a player base / bet amounts grow, you will see the jackpot rising fast. This has been done in order to balance the bankroll deductions change and improve the bankrollers perspective.

I hope the above explains all the recent change and resolves all the outstanding issues.

It got the money from my balance but didn't bet, and didn't gave me the money back to my balance. So basically, I was on auto bet and every round my bet disappeared from my balance. Adminds recognized the problem and told me to wait, but until now, no refund yet...

Second issue:
Today they changed the wheel prizes, without noticing anyone. They only did a statement 2 hours after the changes

They just told they will perform a maintenance, but instead then they resetted all fixed prizes to 0 mbit if the total bets amous was less than 5 mbit. Noone got a popup, an email about the changes, a chat message or a bitcointalk announcement. After a few minutes, the user amBIT spinned the Mega Wheel and discovered there was no fixed prizes when he won the pink prize, he noticed it was 0 Mbit instead of 50 mBit. All this happened before their statement. He told that on chat and then, only then, the admin told the wheel has been changed and to look at the FAQ for the changes. amBIT asked for the prize money back because he and everyone weren't aware the prizes had been changed but admins didn't answered.

I think my explanation is clear enough, I cant even elaborate it in different words. Whether it is better strategy or not, it depends on ourselves. If you have enough bankroll, so go bet bigger than other to have bigger chance of being selected. On the opposite side, if you have small bankroll then betting small is better as you can make many bets with small amount. I do not say that chasing jackpot with lower chance than others is a better strategy.

The only difference between using a bot and being manual is the fact that in the manual one you could stop a bit easily because it is you that does it and you would get bored after a while of clicking the same thing over and over again, it gets repetitive and you get bored with it.
