If you are scammed by (for example) USER "MR-SMITH"  and create a type 2 or 3 flag and "MR-SMITH" has multiple other alts that can be proven with 100% proof can you apply the same TYPE 2 or 3 flag to the other ALTS as well since they are 100% proven to be the same person scamming under multiple user names?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

If there are enough evidences of connection then you should be, isn't it? I think it's common sense however it will be interesting to hear what other says.

Yes you can.. Why not?
I mean it's the same person behind the different accounts. As long as there is good evidence and the linkage behind the different accounts is well documented. i think its Ok to create a type 2 or 3 flag for each of them.

Yes you can flag alt accounts:
Can I also create a scammer flag for alt-accounts of the contract violator? Example: BetKing.io violated a contract, but BetKing Support, dean nolan and PocketRocketsCasino are his alt-accounts.
Yes, one of the victims can.

The way I see how DT members handle it is if that alt account is proven to be "Mr. Smith" then the alt account would just be tagged somehow like this "Alt account of Mr. Smith who [go more into details of his tag] and see reference link for more details". The DT member would then reference the tag on where it has proven that its an alt account and see the link on Mr. Smith. The way I see it is flags won't be necessary to alt accounts as you are just repeating the flag for just one person. Linking the alt account to the main account is more than enough for me.

That certainly covers it!  Cheesy

Thank you all.

Just wasn't sure if the other alts could only get a "type 1" flag.
