Why 22nd September? It can be used for all other tasks except accepting money/cashback or bank withdrawals. I cannot find any information on a limit on recharges till now.

My best suggestion to you have to do the kyc to get full benefits in paytm services, so better go paytm kyc center with your id proof and do kyc it will take only 5 minutes and they will charge 30 to 50 INR or free of cost. and use the full paytm service.

eKYC can give you full features of Paytm for one year but if you want to get the services continued then you need to visit a paytm branch and verify your account using your documents and thumb.You can also request to visit your home if you are from a metropolitan city.

THE BEST SUGGESTION IS TO COMPLETE YOUR KYC IN NEAREST KYC SHOP AND ENJOY THE MAXIMUM BENIFITS OF PAYTM. YOU CAN LATER ON APPLY FOR PAYTM DEBIT CARD IN JUST 150 INR.
I AM USING PAYTM BANK ACCOUNT SINCE 2018 AND IT HAS GIVEN ME A SATISFYING SERVICE .

But don't keep it as your primary saving account because in recent days lot of hacks were happened to paytm wallets and send them for laundering via cryptos even localbitcoin has cases related to this.So only hold few thousands on paytm wallet for emergency situations.
