It's not a long time you have launched your gambling website. Now after only a short time you are talking about selling your project. What is going on is not a good sign and indicates that you have not reached your goals.
If you want to sell your website, you should have done this privately. Making a public announcement here on bitcointalk has a very bad effect on reputation of your website. From now, no one will join this website and everyone who has already a member of your website, will leave you immediately after getting aware of this.

Selling a website publicly is even better than selling it privately IMO. By make it public, people knows that there will be a new owner of the site. How can it give bad effect and reputation just because they try to sell it publicly? Mind to elaborate it in more details like what are the bad effects and what kind of reputation they may get from selling the site publicly while they did not do something bad since they launched the site months ago?

In general whenever a business changes owners its never a good thing. People will start to wonder how will the new owners treat their Bitcoins? Will they one day just run-off with them?

Remember what happened with Poloniex when they got bought by the parent company of Goldman Sachs? Around that time they froze withdraws for every account that wasn't verified, which was probably 99% of all their clients. It was a headache getting your money back even if you followed the verification procedure because it took months and crypto took a huge dive in that time.

The issue with 2dice.io is that I don't see why they are selling their site after such a short while of staying online? Generally its bad from an accounting point of view because it signals that the site isn't turning a profit and hence why its for sale rather than just close down.

Actually if the site is good as is 2dice, then people do not want that the site change the owners and the management as they are satisfied with their team and their efforts.

On the other hand if the site is not very reputable then selling and announcing it publicly that the site will be sold to some other person may bring benefits in the long term.

I think in both  the cases private selling is much much better so that the end users are not disturbed or force to think that their owner/management is changing at the back end

Any new sites has unclear future no matter it is being sold to new owner or not. Even if the recent owner keeps the site (not selling it), do you think it has clear future? We do not know the future of any sites, even a trusted site can turn into something worst. We have seen some example of trusted crypto related sites that turn into scam eventually. Changing ownership does not mean it will be bad, it depends on the owner to treat the users. As users, we just need to be careful in anything we are going to do in this online gambling industry.

It should be clear here, so your recent players wont be worry to continue playing on your site. Or probably it is better to put the site down while it is on sale then you can decide what to do if there is no one willing to buy your site. I myself suggest you to cancel the sale and you continue your own project. Frankly speaking, your reason to sell it does not make senses for me because you can hire promotion specialist, you can hire someone from this forum who have good experiences and knowledge on how to promote a gambling site.

We cant even point out or conclude that 2dice is already trustable yet its just new and been operation for how many months but at least we are seeing that they are

There was several gambling sites who offering investment option to the people and they too offering profit share on particular percentages which is usually monthly profit or annual profit so people can earn money instead of gambling through those sites so it's not impossible to combine between both of them and maybe this is can be good solution for gambling sites to increase their bankroll

Earlier, he said he is not interested in hiring a promotion specialist. He is interested in partnership, someone work as a team member. Problem with hiring someone is- No one guarantee output, in fact, it's not even possible. However, some people including me (Since I was sig campaign manager for 2dice) have suggested some features, strategy which he is not much interested probably.
I had a lot of chat with him, what I understood if he sells the site in bitcointalk, he will certainly not go with scammer. He will hand it out to an honest man, at least he will try that.

It is not good to offer regular interest such as monthly/annual profit, the best investment on a gambling site is bankroll investment like what is being offered by some sites like bitvest, yolodice (stopped), crypto-games, etc. This kind of investment does not give any guarantee profit, so there are two possibilities outcomes whether investors will gain profit or lose the invested money depends on the casino's profit.

This is why it's extremely difficult for any new gambling site to ever become big in the crypto industry. Most new gambling sites are always almost dice which people are sick of. And even if there is a new and unique idea such as 2dice the other issues becomes lack of capital.

There are 2 ways in which a site lacks in capital.

First one is they don't have enough for the bankroll. I do not think that it is what you thought, what he meant is nowadays many sites offer investment programs but not because the dividends but you be part of their bankroll so whether the site is winning you will get some money in return, the same thing when site losing you will lose part of your money as well

But to think that they will make some investment that paying dividends I think it still possible to do as long as there are players willingly to invest and they think it is worth then it might work. You can see some other sites are doing this too

speaking about the investment bankroll , in your example if someone loses 100 bucks casino gets its % straight after the bet usually
EV of the bet is taken into account and then the % they set for servicing bankroll  is going to the site owner , i.e. 100$ loss expected value = 1$
1$ then is multiplied by the % the casino takes for managing bankroll , lets say its 35%
0.35$ goes to the owners , then the bet result is resolved and the bankroll gets the result of the bet win or lose , if the bet loses the investors get 1$ divided across them
according to their bankroll share
one more thing , usually all of the owners invest their money into bankroll too , you won't play at a dice that has only 0.02 btc bankroll, right?
and at first there won't be a que of investors , so you as an owner will HAVE to invest and risk
but investment bankrolls are beneficial for all of the parties involved : for the owners it allows to lessen the risks of getting bankrupt and close the site
for investors its an almost guaranteed longterm income , for gamblers its a sign of stability and increased max bet/ max win figures
