   As big fans of cryptocurrency industry, we’re integrating them into our, already working, business model. The main goal is to help whole cryptocurrency industry to generate new usability opportunities, move towards mass adoption and simultaneously give our clients/investors with relatively small amounts of money chance to participate something bigger through tools such as crowd investing.

   It’s going to be all possible because project Kauri is an extension to already working investment shared-economy ecosystem, which has  already financed several retail real estate projects now going through their realization processes. Taking our know-how and experiences merge them with possibilities of cryptocurrency, we’re going to build several crypto-based hotels (starting with the world’s first Cryptohotel) and establish crypto-based investment platform in following years.

Our results
   Since 2017 when our journey began, we’ve already made some of our projects happen. There is Avatar Eco Lodge hotel opened in March 2018 (http://www.booking.com/Share-Ag955e). Other projects like hotel La PreciOSA are going to be opened by the end of 2019 and in addition to it, we’re constantly building Snowbird Villas in our hotel areas, which can their owners live in or rent it through our reservation system. Our next hotel project is going to be the World’s first crypto-hotel.

The project of the World's first Cryptohotel (Kauri Family Lodge) is currently in campaign phase, first wave is over and second will start in May 2020.

Kauri investment platform takes investment angels and startup incubator principles to integrate them into British Asset’s shared economy model. Creating a whole new concept, which brings yet undiscovered opportunities to the investment and business world.
Anyone with a promising idea can get resources for their projects and anyone can invest in high-potential projects with a relatively small budget (thousands of dollars). Therefore the platform is front-gate into ‚big money‘ world for people without access to them.

Maximum one-fifth of ICO-reserved Kauris can be bought in each phase, so in most extreme scenario maximal amount of bonus Kauris would be 24%, but we expect it to be around 10% in reality.

Yes, first crypto-based hotel will most likely be built in Costarica during next year, we're just negotiating conditions for it, so it's not definitive information yet.

We are not so skeptical about it. Our sales already show our investors are motivated to buy Kauri for such amounts. Of course, the more people won't buy utilize the bonus, better it is for the token. The current bonuses are 35/17,5% next round are set on 20/10% we're expecting the majority buying Kauri with those lower bonuses, that's why we've set them up this way in the first place.

We've tried to be as transparent as we could on our websites, there're results of our work out there, we've already built the Avatar Eco Lodge hotel and other 2 are in realization phase. You probably aren't able to find info about our crypto-related history, because we're newbies in this field. We're of course working with professionals in the industry trying to create the leverage of both fields (ours and crypto) and learning in the process (the first active preparations started in early 2018). There's a similar reason for us to not be on Github because the nature of the project is not technical, we're just crypto-fans with working business trying to find new ways.

Is the Avatar Eco Lodge entirely owned by Kauri team? And if you are already into crypto, are you going to use Kauri coins on this hotel as payment method? And in what location are those 2 other hotels that are in realization phase? Does it mean they are already in construction stage right now?

Technically the Avatar Eco Lodge is owned by British Asset International and Kauri is the project of British Asset. But there are also a few hundreds of "small" investors with the right for dividends and other benefits. So we have the obligation to them. The other 2 projects are both in the construction stage (we'll open second one in November, the third one is the reconstruction, so we believe its 2-3 more months of work, but can't guarantee it). Our every project is situated in Central America so far. We'll probably share more information with pictures about other projects next week through our Twitter and Telegram Announcement channel.
