From my experience, Not selling would be another bad idea. A good trader needs to keep rotating his funds among different promising coins.
Similar thing did happened with me. I bought a coin for $0.02 went upto $0.11, I didn't sold but now it's below $0.02 so my profit for waiting 6 months is zero.

The biggest fail of mine was to buy ETH at 1400 per coin. I though it was just the beginning for ETH, because almost everybody was sure that sooner or later ETH would replace BTC and it seemed right, but right now I wish I could save some money to buy ETH at 80 dollars.

The best opportunity ever in Crypto took place in 2017. Many possibilities that I missed and I still remember when it was too late to sell Bitcoin. I bought a few bitcoins and at that time the price was already very high, I've benefited, but the coin is not immediately I sell. At that moment I was convinced that Bitcoin would soar again, but that did not happen. What happens is the price drop of Bitcoin very sharply. I have a big disadvantage, so the wisdom that I can take is "too greedy it's bad".

it happens and we just have to move on especially when you miss  buying the real dip. the painful one i missed was hydro. my friend told me to buy but i was tired of buying at that time and the next thing i saw was hydro at 100 sat. 10$  investment would have made a lot of difference but crypto has alot of those opportunities.

Lesson that we can learn from. I have a lot of eth tokens that had that kind of trading performance. I should have sold it when it had still value in the market. And now, most of them are worth nothing. We can regret those times but we need to move forward. Else, it will bring heartache and headache to us. If we will look back and regret every time we had made a bad decision, it will not give any good disposal in our life.

There are many traders made the same mistakes in the past years, the cost of the lesson is invaluable but you missed the opportunity to accumulate more Bitcoin.
