Ok but not every IEO in my mind. Its depend in which exchange that IEO are created. Then, could you assure that fund has gotten are from real investor? Or it just game bar show by the exchange? Due some exchange want to raised much token in very deep then dump it with their bot. Listing fee still not enough for them. 😁

Agree that not all IEOs held by exchangers are sold out. Exchangers are definitely interested in organizing IEO because with IEO, many customers will register on their platform, besides exchangers also get commissions from sales and listing fees

Advantage of using IEO is that it is more secure than ICO as exchanges are more vigilant of accepting  a project as exchanges reputation is at stake but still it will not guarantee that IEO is 100% safe as anytime the project owner could just suddenly disappear specially if their project is failed to reach their target fund.

How is it more secure? You have to trust the exchange, instead of the ICO. Will the exchange refund anything? You bet not. Will you have better chances of the token reaching utility instead of just dying a 0 value death? Even worse if the exchange that launched the IEO decides to delist. Less risk of scam maybe, arguably. But more secure is just not true.

IEO is more secure than ICO or any format but not totally at this moment. Because we saw some scam IEO project in recent days. And one of the cause is low type exchange. But there is problem, that IEO making those exchange so much powerful day by day. They already gone so much far about fees and who knows what's coming next.

Yes its easy to say but that's not for free dude. doing IEO will take cost at least 10 btc and maybe more. Huge exchange like binance will cost more than 50 btc, and they are still not transparent with the real cost for it, depend the prospect of the project.

I agreed that IEO might not stay longer than that of ICO but still no one knows what will happen next,the exchanges that are benefiting the most from IEO are big exchanges and many investors that are complaining about the failure of many IEO projects are not to be listened to because they are not doing any research at all, those who do research should already know that exchanges like binance okex or huobi,gate .io are doing great with IEO launches and IEO is still profitable till date .

Trust me, most people speculating on stock exchanges don't visit the company, they don't even really receive the paper certs for their shares, because they're just buying contracts that they have to let go within several days or weeks.
