As the subject line says, from 2019-08-09 there is a new version, 0.18.1 of Bitcoin Core. You can update the torrent link as well.
There are some minor changes but it's always good to have the last version.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
