Altcoins are not advisable for day trading, the volatility is not enough to manage the orders on small time frames compared to the Bitcoin. BNB is better for the long term trading, it doesn't fit my trading plans due to the steady growth rate. Day trading is risky, stressful but it becomes an addiction when you stare at the charts for 4-5 hours in a day according to my way of thinking.
Right about that, most altcoins are quite good for short term trading alone as we can even see that majority of the newer ones are more like pump and dump coins, so it would be a big disaster if people use it for trading or rely on them for long term holding, only those altcoins that are at the tops are still quite reliable to be sued for both trading and long term holding which is not all the time.
The best coin to trade is still that bitcoin, and when trading bitcoin too because of its volatility, we have to be sure that we are careful about it, that is why I don’t usually encourage people to go on leverage trading with bitcoin because of its volatility, it is better to just stick with spot trading for bitcoin or better still just hold and sell when there is profit.
