Legit.  I'm not sure how they're in business with their prices, but they are.  Very fast shipping.

bitcointa.lk is not another forum lol.

FYR: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=515932.0

Bitcointalk.org is synched in real time with Bitcointa.lk, thanks for a set of web crawlers that i wrote. By simply sending a PM to a Bitcointalk.org user, you can verify your identity and link your account with the Bitcointa.lk one. You will then be able to read the Bitcointalk community from Bitcointa.lk.
Moreover, if you decide to make the jump and install a browser extension (open source (GitHub); it's needed to bypass the same origin policy of your browser), you will be able to post on Bitcointa.lk; the extension will take care of posting the same exact message on Bitcointalk.org.

Bitcointa.lk uses a recent forum software, namely XenForo, so you will have a faster navigation experience and more features. In other words, a completely renovated forum.

Be very aware that their DOA return policy requires you pay to ship back the DOA product. I just learned this the hard way.
with the price wars taking place right now between the ASIC re-sellers, no need to deal with a company who wont stand behind the products they sell.

I haven't had to return equipment to Gawminers, so I cant speak to their policy, but I know Hashmaster provided me an advance cross ship on a DOA Gridseed mini, and another time on a DOA Raspberry Pi. Both events included a prepaid returned shipping label.

Based on this I know who I wont buy from again.

I don't know about that site. To find a site is legit or not,you can do some methods. You can check whois lookup for a domain name.Visit the site WhoisXY.com here you can check whois information for domain name.If the information is public and looks legit, you can note the email id,contact number of the domain name owner or administrative or technical department or else sale department. It will help you to contact them if you have any problem after using their services or buying their products. Then you can visit the site ScamAdviser.com check whether the site is trusted or not.If the result will "High Trust Rating. This Site Looks Safe To use." It is good site. Then you can visit Webutation.info here you can read users or customers reviews, ratings and feed backs about the site and their services. If they said good, you can start using the site.

My experience with them leads me to believe the company is legit and very customer oriented.  When I ordered one of their Gridseed Blades, I found it could not be delivered because I'm on an overseas military installation, a box # at an FPO AP address.  I sent a couple emails to Zoom Hash and they responded very quickly considering the time difference between my part of the world and theirs.  Within a couple days they refunded my full purchase price and addressed every concern I had.  They even offered to reship at the same price through USPS.  They seem good to go.  I've had problems with GAW Miners.  Haven't tried anyone else.

I can't really find Marco Streng or Michael Cao on the internet anywhere — can you provide more links to prove that the people listed on the site are involved in the company, and are real people?

Dear Peppin,

Please have a look at our webpage http://genesis-mining.com - Marco Streng and Michael Cao have links to their linked.in profiles. Also kindly check the list of speakers at the Texas Bitcoin Conference http://texasbitcoinconference.com/speakers. We will very likely be at the Amsterdam Conference, as well, and would be happy to meet you  in person!

One of our partners will reach out to you so we can arrange a skype call.

Josh, Luke, Genesis-Mining, ZoomHash, Michael Cao. What was the purpose of this conference round table again? Did people pay to hear them talk or was it open to the public?

No problems with Zoom Hash in my opinion.  I reordered two Blades from them providing a physical address for the door to door delivery.  DHS tracking showed it shipped and in country the same day.  Took 3 more days to clear customs and arrive at my door.

These guys are awesome!  I had a 28MH Miner arrive that was only hashing 22MH.  Zoomhash didn't make me feel stupid, or try to lay blame on me. Chris went out of his way and gave me a $250 store credit!  You really can't beat service like this, which is extremely unprecedented to see in the crypto world.

Don't take my word for it though, give them a shot and buy something Cheesy

Zoomhash Rocks!

I have made multiple orders with them and got units delivered promptly, so they are legit.

However, I had to deal with their "customer service" recently, so I won't be buying from them again.

Same as others, I have had defective pieces that I had to pay to ship back, then wait for replacements. I had trouble getting one of my miners working and I had the support person tell me "We don't provide any technical advice". So I am left wondering why support even exists there. Getting any sort of help from them was like pulling teeth and in the end I did get it working, more thanks to google than their customer service.

One of my defective pieces was replaced with a defective piece, and then another...  now they are ignoring my emails and it's unclear how or if that will get resolved.

Initially I was very impressed, but at that point I think we were all very happy to just have delivery on schedule (or at all, lol). After having some problems that would require them to actually do something other than take my money and ship me a thing, I am now severely disappointed.

IMHO stay away from these guys.

Don't go near their cloud mining service, right now they are taking 67% as maintenance fee, you will never ROI.

It's even higher now, something like 86%, have only earned about 10% of my investment in 3 months.

Like most said they are legit, but I wouldnt want to consider doing any business if the customer service is bad.

I mean imagine if you order like a bulk load of units and they delay for whatever reason, and youre left in the dark.

Zoom hash is a ponzi so much as GAWMINERS is a Ponzi. I have ordered equipment from Zoom hash and returned broken stuff to them with no problems. Any type of mining now is difficult with the price of coins and high difficulty. If you electrical and hosting costs are too high then you won't make any money.

As I copied and pasted to his 10+ other threads that he spammed on the forums:

Well, I am back after not posting for a while.

Anyways our cloud service is real and not a ponzi. We can not increase payouts just because we wanted to.

We stopped selling virtual miners about 2 months ago.

At the time when we sold these miners 4~6 months ago, they were the best deal on the market.

Unfortunately, these miners decrease in value when LTC is at sub $3 and BTC is at ~$315....

We even dropped the price of maintenance fee. The payouts are correct according to the www.clevermining.com. The maintenance fees are paid in BTC at a rate locked in Fiat as agreed upon when you bought the virtual miner.

When BTC drops the maintenance fee eats up a bigger portion of your payout. The maintenance fees are actually more than the payouts right now with the crappy markets so instead of the balance going negative we just cancel out the payout. We never promised anything in regards to how much coin you would earn. No one can and you can not expect us to.

The only thing we promised was:

1. Speed of the virtual miner
2. Term of the virtual miner
3. Uptime of the virtual miner
4. Maintenance Fees

This is like buying Bitcoin from coinbase at $1000 last year and then calling coinbase a scammer because bitcoin is at ~$315 right now.

or

We delivered everything that we promised to do.

EDIT: Clarification points.
