all these accounts belonged to me, with regards to the use of 1 Twitter account in several accounts, because the main Twitter accounts were blocked, so after a long time the Twitter account was used in another account, but this is not plagiarism, since I did not steal other people's ideas and fraud was not engaged, since all these accounts belonged to me, with regards to this confusion, at that time I participated in many companies bounty and just confused accounts with the report. :

Yes, there were hard times thinking about selling, it was written in the month of January, and the accounts were blocked in April, and if they sell I would have done it before, for 3 months if I wanted to sell 1 of the accounts, but I did not.

Here is what Theymos says about the users like you that their plagiarism is detected after a long time. No difference you plagiarized today or some years ago.  

• Plagiarism: If you copy some text from somewhere, then you should have a good reason for it, and you must link to the source. Doing otherwise is plagiarism. Changing a few words around doesn't matter. If we find that you plagiarized, then you absolutely will be permanently banned, even if we find it years after you did it.

Even if your last plagiarism has taken place in 2017, based on the rules, you should be banned.

Admitting those accounts are yours and those accounts made some fraudulent acts on joining the same bounty that itself is worthy of being tagged. Why are you using too many forum accounts to use for bounties aren't you just monetizing the forum too much?

I don't know how long it will take effect on your ban to take effect for the ban evasion and plagiarism as well as those accounts you just admitted did plagiarized some contents.

OP confesses that he the owner of the alt accounts banned because of plagiarism, that means OP is a plagiarist and this account (qwe7679172) should also be banned as per the rules. If 2 accounts are banned, shouldn't the 3rd account be banned too?

All three alt accounts, including OP, are banned. One profile was banned in April 2019 for a plagiarism, the remaining two accounts have been banned yesterday for a ban evasion ^[25].
